Sometimes, it's difficult to know where to draw the line between being an introvert, enjoying one's company or just being shy. In today's episode, I talked about how to know which is which, and how to overcome shyness. Listen😀

This was the episode I wanted you listen to this year, but it's not late yet. When the year started, some of us wrote down our goals, while some didn't. Whether you made a fuss about new year goals or not, one thing remains, we all have certain expectations on what the year should turn out to be. If you only want to be happier this year, you just set a goal. All goals must not be written down and pasted on a vision board. The year is running fast and probably, you've already started out with your goals, wishes or not. In this episode I shared some of the things you have to being instead of just writing down goals and pursuing achieving them.
The year is still young, so I encourage you to try again, at those goals. There's still room to drop the addictions, launch that business and have another shot. Get up! Dust off your sleeves and try again.
Your friend is in trouble! Someone has brought this to your notice. Seems your friend isn't even aware these stories have already gone far and wide. What do you do? Grief can be such a devastating feeling. Can make one wonder at how the rest of the world keeps moving even when something terrible is obviously wrong with you.
Grief can be caused by other things aside the loss of a loved one. And people who are grieving need every love they can get. This episode features Nesreen Mahmoud to discuss HOW TO DEAL WITH GRIEF + how to help a loved one who is grieving.
It's always glorious and magical when we hear these testimonies. Of how a woman gave birth after 10 years, of how someone got a high paying job after 6 years of graduation, of how a woman rose from nothing to somebody, of how a man with multiple failed business eventually became a tycoon, on and on.
But the waiting periods?
Ever thought about the despair they felt while waiting?
Really draining, and tiring sometimes.
It's not as glorious as we all might think it it during those times. All those years of struggling, being mocked, keeping late nights, facing dejections and several rejection letters, getting to almost the peak of something and then having it shattered at 99.9%, yet patiently waiting.
Waiting isn't rosy, at all.
But as they passed through it all and emerged at the other side with the glamouring story, we all clamour, wishing, hoping and praying our stories turn out as beautiful.
Without a doubt, I know, that your story will be even greater😊
It doesn't matter how rough it seems at the moment.
Are you in the wait? Know you're not alone. It'll all be one of the many glories you'll testify about soon.
Just keep at what you're doing, and keep your focus on the OnE whose promises do not fail. The waiting period could be despairing, I know, firsthand, but God's got you.
Wait for the Lord;
Be strong and let your heart take courage;
Yes, wait for the Lord
You must have heard the phrase "Readers are Leaders". Reading serves as a means of gleaning from the experiences of experts. Well, in this episode, I shared with you my top reads for the year and my recommendations. Your turn. What are you reading now?
I missed an episode last week💔. As much as I felt bad about it , I didn't give up. Here am I with a new episode. This made me think about how people often beat themselves up to the extent of giving up when they find themselves stumbling after they've tried to consistently follow through something. So, today, we discuss Lapses. What do you do when you fail?
I read a book by Vex King "Good vibes, Good life" which buttressed once more, the importance maintaining good vibes around us. We all need good vibes. So how can we maintain our vibes? Listen to this episode.
I have discovered that there is an infinite number of categories of things we can always compare ourselves to and an almost infinite number of people to compare ourselves to.
And with how flooded we are by social media, it’s easier than ever to constantly find someone “better” to compare ourselves to, which only serves to make us feel bad about ourselves.
So, in this episode, we discuss how comparison affects us, and how to STOP.
Working day in day out and entertaining negativity without pausing for a refill, are some of the reasons why people suffer from burnouts. No matter how strong you are, you have to remember to be human once in a while, unplug yourself for a few minutes and plug yourself right back. In this episode, we looked at what burnout is, its causes and symptoms, and how to deal with it it.
