The Ride to Work

It’s been real, it’s been fun, and it was actually real fun. I wanted to see if I could do it and I did it. I hope to carry that energy into everything else I do in life and I hope that you do too. If you want to do something bad enough you can do it. People will doubt you and persuade you to give up but it all boils down to you. It’s your life, it’s up to you not anybody else. Thank you for the continued support with all my different ventures!

It’s crazy to think about the things in life that we thought we never wanted, that turn into the things we cherish most.

Leisurely moving through my day. This is a nice change of pace.

Honestly I don’t know what I’m doing most of the time but setting goals and reminders helps.

Don’t take it personally but it’s very important to take time off and do the things you enjoy. It’s necessary to decompress. So when I say don’t take it personally I’m saying that because this is more for me than you. Although it does benefit you to have me on a better state of mind lol. Not at the shop, gone golfing!

Its feast how comparable the two are. I’m gonna try and make some metaphors this episode forgive me. Maybe I’ll execute it better next time lol, just like my next golf shot!

It has officially been one year since I opened up my shop on Main Street in Escanaba. Stopped at an old friends shop today to get some food and it made me want to hire the opposite of what he has running his register.

It’s the first of the month

When did this happen? Such a weird change, but I like it.

Inking checks and sending them out. The regular end of the month stuff but wanting to get it done before I forget. Yikes! I’ve done that before, believe it or not!

So much happened in a two day window. I am wiped!

Ah, this is peaceful, I’m so excited to be outside. The weather is beautiful. Start the day off with a good drive, followed by a nice iron. Oh the golf course, the trees, the sun, just me and this ball. The excitement, the thrill, the frustration. It doesn’t take much to turn this from fun to whack fuck. lol

The non negotiables

Feeling a little tired today. Man if only I knew better than to stay up after 4-5 hours of sleep.

I don’t know what I’m doing but forgive me. This is my first time living life.

Some days I feel like I don’t know what I’m doing. What did I get myself into and why did I do this? Why am I doing this? What was I thinking? You are forcing with a decision when you feel like this. Are we gonna let the intrusive thoughts win or are we gonna figure this shit out like we always do?

Distance yourself from your distractions

So many things on the horizons. The pages in this book keep flipping and a lot of pages are still unwritten

I’m dedicating season 12 to making decisions and decision making. Let’s not be indecisive.

Vasectomy or Vasectomy Not! Let’s go ahead and call this season: Decisions.

Season 11 was a nice change and a different perspective on the show. A nice way to breakdown my process of obtaining my goals. Hopefully it helps at least one person.

What’s a couple more irons? A golf set? No not those kind of irons, but it is right around the corner!

It’s ok to be content with where you are, sometimes that’s the best place you can be. The grass isn’t always greener and it’s not for everyone. It’s ok to work a job that pays you well and has good perks. It’s alright to work until retirement age with a company and retire from there. I just don’t want that for me.

Disappointing moments, disappointing situations, bad results, time wasted, the pride, the hurt…… Sometimes you get humbled. It’s a part of the journey
