I'm joined by Andrea Hall - friend, consultant, entrepreneur, educator, leader, mother, and warrior - on this week's episode to identify, implement, and inspire as we share our story, our lived experience as black women. We discuss three important lessons we have learned, two things we are still working on individually and as a society, and one challenge for listeners. When we give others a voice, listen to their story, and create a seat at the table, we realize few things: there is enough room for everyone, we all can learn from each other, and we may have some things in common. After all, "It is not our differences that divide us. It is our inability to recognize, accept, and celebrate those differences." -Audre Lorde
