In the first part of this episode, I pick up where I left off on police and justice reform to speak briefly about actions taken by the legislative and executive branches of government. In the second, I am joined by Antonio Serrano, a longtime Wyoming advocate, to discuss issues related to the call for racial equality and justice in Wyoming and beyond.

In this episode, I take a hard look at current events surrounding justice reform and what is behind the "Defund the Police" movement as well as the history of militarization of our police departments.
