Dr. Crystal Lewis is the National Military Family Association's (NMFA) Director of Research. Matthew and Elena are the co-founders of Bloom, an organization that seeks to empower military teens around the world.
In 2021, Bloom and NMFA designed a survey for military teens to evalute their mental health, food security, and more. After finding results that indicate military kids are "not okay", Bloom and NMFA created another survey to dig deeper into the well-being of military children. This new survey will be available February 1st.
