Ways to stop overthinking and worrying, to ease anxiety
In this episode, I share three ways that I find are profoundly supportive for times of overthinking, ruminating and worrying, where we can often create a lot of angst and anxiety for ourselves. This topic is close to my heart, having once been a chronic overthinker, and I have found so many helpful ways and tools to stop this for myself, and to feel so much more ease and calm. I hope you enjoy listening in, and please excuse the 'not so good' quality audio today, as I recorded this as I was waiting for an appointment in my car - so it's very 'in the moment', and authentic! I hope it is supportive for you, and if you know someone who often overthinks and creates a lot of angst and anxiety for themselves, you might like to share with them. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can
In this episode, I share some thoughts about beginnings, new starts, and the power of taking one step forward. As one action is often all it takes to switch us from feeling stuck, procrastinating in some way or feeling it's all too hard, and to build our own natural momentum to just get started. This is true for anything we set our minds and hearts to, and have a desire to make changes for ourselves - with health, life, career, business, relationships, making a big change or transition of some kind. One step forward, one action, is all it takes to begin, and it can feel empowering to do so. If you're feeling held back in some way, or feeling stuck, or alone with something you're moving through - I hope there will be some supportive ways, or just one insight from this, to take away for yourself. I would love to support you further, to feel the way you truly desire, in your heart and life.

Sharing my journey with choosing to live alcohol-free
In this episode, I wanted to share a little of my own personal journey and choice to give up alcohol. It's been two years of living alcohol-free now, and it feels a little vulnerable to share, but I hope by doing so, something might resonate, support you, or encourage you to think about your own relationship with alcohol. Or perhaps it's just a personal story you might enjoy listening to! But most importantly, I want to share the benefits I have found and why I enjoy living my life now, alcohol-free. I hope you enjoy listening in, and I'd love to hear and know.

My personal healing journey with meditation, through anxiety and pain
In this episode, I share a little of my own personal journey with mindfulness, and meditation, and the profound healing that has come into my own heart and life. I share this, to connect and support, and to encourage you with your own ritual and practice, especially if you are someone just like me who once thought meditation would be impossible. I used to be that person through anxiety, pain and so much change and uncertainty in my own life, and today, I am so grateful for the ease and calm I feel, through meditation as such a beautiful and healing modality. Surrender has and continues to be the most profound healing journey of my life, and perhaps it is or may be, for you too. I hope you enjoy listening in and perhaps you know someone who would benefit from hearing this, too.

What is holistic wellbeing? How will holistic support truly benefit you?
In this episode, I share what holistic wellbeing is, what it means to me, how I support my clients in a truly holistic way, and why I am so deeply passionate about this therapeutic and personalised approach. I talk about pillars and themes of wellbeing, to see ourselves as whole beings, and as truly unique individuals. How connected all parts of ourselves are, and how we can support ourselves to feel more calm, connected and confident, in all aspects of our lives. This is the holistic and compassionate support I bring to all my clients, and have a deep passion and devotion to - as I combine all my therapeutic expertise and modalities as a therapist, coach, wellness practitioner, meditation teacher, to supporting you to overcome stress and anxiety, and to feel calm and ease through change and transition in your heart and life. Listen in, and enjoy - and if you know someone who would love to to hear this, then please do share. And if you haven't already, then do subscribe to this podcast, to receive weekly episodes.

Positivity or Optimism? Lean into what feels supportive and true for you.
I've been thinking about positivity and optimism and their differences. I wonder if these terms and 'hashtags' we use - #minsdetiseverything and #positivemindset - are truly, everything. Or are they terms we use, so often, in this coaching/self improvement and self development space, that can feel supportive to some degree - also, depending on our life circumstances. Or can they, at times, actually create the opposite of positivity, and instill feelings of lack or failure, if we can't truly live up to this. Is the answer - yes, mindset is everything, but perhaps not without our heart connection too. Or perhaps it's not a positive mindset, but an optimistic outlook, that's far more valuable, supportive and brings all the feelings I believe in so much - calm, ease, connection and confidence within - from this optimistic place. I know there are so many various schools of thought on this, and I want to share, in this episode, just a little of what I mean and feel. Why I personally choose and favour optimism over positivity. And I encourage you to reflect on what feels most true and supportive for you. You might agree, or not - and I invite you to share your thoughts, as I'd love to hear and know. I hope you enjoy listening in and if so, you might like to share with someone else too.

Embody your artistry - Conversation with Kimberley Smith
What a delight to share this conversation today. Kim is a writer, singer & coach and she has a fierce passion and devotion to support and liberate artists, to speak up and be a warrior for the gifts they have to share, to know their worth, to help them remember who they are, and to feel alive. Beautiful themes for so many of us, as creatives, and self expression being a huge part of wellbeing.
In this conversation, we talk about so many nourishing and beautiful things - Kim's work as a voice coach; the impact of covid for artists and musicians; that we are all artists and creatives in our own lives and claiming this within ourselves; a sense of worthiness and feeling enough that many of us struggle with; music and artistry as a homecoming to ones self; devotion over discipline; how to handle criticism and see failure as empowering growth; and so much more! Sharing a beautiful conversation with Christina Butcher, Hair Romance & Mr and Mrs Romance
It's a delight to share this conversation with Christina, about her two businesses, Hair Romance & Mr and Mrs Romance. Christina started blogging 11 years ago, from her own relationship and journey with her hair, and she's now a best selling author and blogger, and shares incredible hair styling resources, tutorials and so much support for other women. It's inspiring and insightful talking to her about the relationship we all have with our hair and how we see and feel about ourselves, our hair as a huge part of health and wellbeing, hair grief and ways women with hair loss can feel more empowered and confident, and so much more. If you're new to blogging and writing, or would love some inspiration, Christina also shares some really helpful tips to get started and for the words to flow. Mr and Mrs Romance is a travel and lifestyle blog and website, Christina runs with her husband, Jim. It's a very special story as to how they met and this business came to life, and these two 'romances' connect. Mr and Mrs Romance shares adventures and travel tips, with their love and passion for eating, drinking, traveling, photography and more. It's lovely to find out more about how they created this business, and inspiring for all of us to find new adventures in our lives, and a love for travel and exploring places closer to home, in these times, too. I loved sharing this conversation with Christina - she's so engaging, open, and a delight to talk to, with so much to share. Enjoy listening in, as much as I enjoyed sharing this conversation today.

Follow the golden thread home - Conversation with Lisa Thompson
I'm excited to share this conversation with Lisa Thompson - Golden Thread Collective. With her background in social work and counselling, Lisa is now a health & mindset coach, passionate about living the life of your dreams by design, and supporting women to follow the golden thread home to the healer within. Lisa has such an effervescent energy, and she has an empowering story to tell with finding freedom, healing through a health condition and past trauma, and her passion for supporting other women to do the same. We talk about her personal journey through sexual assault, and I feel so inspired and moved by Lisa sharing so openly and honestly, about this experience, and ways she's been able to now live the life she desires. We spoke about so many enriching things in this episode, and I have felt deeply inspired by Lisa and grateful for this conversation to share with listeners about lots of themes to lean into, and reflect on. A simple life is a life of intention - Conversation with Bec Shann
I'm delighted to share this conversation with Bec Shann at Think Big Live Simply. It's a beautiful, enriching, and insightful conversation about permaculture principles and how these can translate into all aspects of our lives in a holistic way, values based living, simple living, and all the small ways we can choose to make a big difference, and so much more!
In this conversation, Bec shares -
What it really means for her, to live a simple life.
Values based living and holistic decision making as a foundation for creating a simple life.
Her transition from living in Victoria, and moving with her husband, to the home they've now built on 4 acres, on the far coast of NSW.
What permaculture actually is and means, and all the small and big ways, we can choose to make a difference, in our lifestyles wherever we live.
Living through the bushfires in her community last year, and all the uncertainties, of rebuilding through covid and ongoing, and the reality of it all.

Kindness and Self Compassion to close this year
I close this year with some words to share around kindness and self compassion, and to send my loving acknowledgment to all through this year, and all times of uncertainty and change. With my understanding and knowing of the deep connection between emotions and our physical bodies - how illness, pain and dis-ease can manifest - I share just a few ways to show kindness to yourself, and a loving kindness meditation to listen to, for support and to bring you ease and calm. I hope you enjoy listening in, and perhaps share with someone who might benefit from this podcast too.

Mattering Matters
Mattering matters. Feeling that you matter to someone, to others, within your community, and in this world. It's fundamental for wellbeing. I've reflected a lot on this during this year. This sense and feeling of mattering. As I hear and listen to this from others, and have felt personally for and within myself, in some ways too. I share some thoughts and personal insights in this episode today.

Self Appreciation
In this episode, I wanted to create some time and space for you, to listen to this loving self-appreciation meditation. In all the ways you may give to others, and support others, may you also feel and receive this same appreciation from and within yourself. Giving and generosity for well-being
In this episode, I talk about giving to others, as part of self care, and essential for well-being. In this self-help & self-improvement space, we can tend to focus on 'self' so much, and neglect that giving to others is so essential and needed. To be of help and support to others, and that by doing so, we receive so much. I hope you will enjoy listening in, and reflect on ways this resonates for you.

Ways of being to embody through uncertainty and change
In this episode I encourage us all to reflect on ways of being that feel right and true for our whole wellbeing. This may be values, visions we hold, life statements, states of being - all that feels attainable and sustainable to lean into, through uncertainty and change, and all the seasons of life. Ways of being that feel steadfast as the core essence of who we are, a constant state within us that feels supportive to return to, to keep moving forward with trust and hope. Enjoy listening in, and I'd love to hear your reflections. x

Taking the pressure off yourself
In this episode, I talk about 'taking the pressure off' and the importance of this as part of wellbeing. How letting go of any pressure, any expectations or outcomes, can allow us to feel and embody a sense of more calm and ease. And to lean into things that we love simply because they fill us, uplift us, and bring us joy. Doing things simply for the love of it, which I feel is even more important through any challenges, or times of uncertainty and change. I hope you enjoy listening in and I'd love to hear your thoughts if you feel called to share.

A spoken letter of support, from my heart to yours, through uncertainty
This episode is a spoken letter of support, through uncertainty, change and transition. However you are, whatever you are feeling, may you feel seen, heard, acknowledged, and held, through these words here. And to know that all the inspiration lies within the whole journey, not the outcome, or end goal - but how you are within in it all, right now. Know that through these times of uncertainty, someone, or others are alongside you, whispering from their hearts to yours 'me too'. I hope that by listening in you feel compassion and understanding, and know just how remarkable, beautiful and inspiring you are, in the strength you have to keep carrying yourself forward, in every moment of every day. With calm, ease and with hope x

Allow yourself to simply be
In this episode, I encourage you to let go of any expectations, any 'shoulds' or 'musts' or 'needs', and to just lean into the possibilities and opportunities that reside within, from a space of calm and ease, when we allow ourselves to just simply BE. I believe this is a deep and necessary part of wellbeing and brings healing for ourselves and for all. Enjoy listening in x

Self care as a way of being
In this episode, I talk about self care and what I feel true self care really is. I encourage you to expand your thoughts and beliefs around self care, and to really know this as far more than things we just put in our calendar or diary each day, or week. Self care is how we are, in every moment of every day, and I hope that you may start embracing self care as your natural way of being. Notice what shifts and changes for you in beautiful ways, when you know how to embrace self care as a way of being. It's such a supportive way to be and to live, and brings so much calm and ease to all that we are and all that we do. Listen in and enjoy x

Choosing expansion to transcend our circumstances
In this episode, I talk about choosing expansion over restriction, and how empowering this is, to feel ease and calm through uncertainty and change. This is especially resonant with our restrictions in Melbourne right now, but also through any challenges, change or transition you may be moving through, or navigating, at this time too. I encourage you to reflect on these words with an open mind and an open heart. Notice what comes up or shifts, in any supportive way for you. If you know someone who will benefit from listening in, I would love you to share this episode with them too. Enjoy x

Creating your reality in a way that feels empowering & supportive for you
In this episode, I talk about 'creating your reality' and if this is always really true. Along with the phrase 'everything happens for a reason' and how disempowering and even harmful this can feel, through many circumstances and situations in life. I share from my heart in this episode as I feel passionate about supporting you to feel empowered through whatever you may live with, and to always find and know what is right and true for you. Letting go of constantly trying so hard, and to improve yourself in some way. And instead, a knowing that self-acceptance is at the very heart and essence of everything, where so much can open from this space. I ask you a powerful question to reflect on for your own healing, with self-compassion, as to what will feel most supportive to you, right now and moving forward.

Acceptance is healing
In this epsisode, I talk about acceptance as a portal for beautiful and powerful change. I encourage and support you, through times of challenge, change and transition, to let go of the need to always improve or fix yourself, and instead, to learn and know ways to embrace acceptance, in your heart and life. To accept all of yourself, just as you are, however you are, and all that you are - and to honour the powerful shifts, light and openings for change that naturally flow from this space. Acceptance brings calm, ease and peace. Acceptance is so powerfully healing.

Mindfulness to ease symptoms and pain
In this episode, I talk about mindfulness in our every day, but also how we can support ourselves to find calm and ease with symptoms we may live with, and with pain. Mindfulness is a beautiful and supportive way to bring attention to the present moment, an awareness of being with what is, just right now. I encourage you to reflect on areas of your life where mindfulness will truly support you to live with more calm and ease, through challenges, changes or transitions. And how you can truly embrace this if you live with something challenging, a health condition, or pain. I also take you through a short mindfulness practice to support you. Feel empowered, liberated and free
In this epsisode, I talk about this feeling we may all have at times, that we are not enough. I guide you and encourage you to reflect on what this means for you, through something challenging right now perhaps, or through change and transition. It is my passion to acknowledge and support others through times of change, to not feel defined or limited by any circumstance, situation or experience, or anything you may be living with or moving through, but to feel empowered, liberated and free. It is my desire and purpose for you to know and believe with every essence and fibre of your being, that you are enough, you have all that you need, and you are always complete and whole in your entirety. Talking about anxiety with Georgie Collinson
In this episode, it's such a joy to share this conversation with Georgie Collinson. Georgie is an Anxiety Naturopath and she is passionate about supporting women with overwhelm, stress and anxiety. We are aligned in so many ways, including how we love to support clients to not only treat their symptoms, but to understand and resolve the underlying root cause. This is very true for anxiety. I love connecting with women like Georgie, and sharing in the moment, natural conversations, where we just trust that whatever comes up and flows, is just meant to at that time, and is needed and perfect for someone listening in, to feel supported. I hope you'll enjoy this conversation, and perhaps share with someone you know who has anxiety, and would benefit from listening in too.

Support your whole being and feel your way through with calm and ease
In this episode, I share a compassionate conversation with my friend and colleague, Steph, who also has a background in mental health, and a shared passion for emotional wellbeing, in a truly holistic way. We both believe that caring for and knowing ways to support our mental health and our emotional wellbeing is necessary for our whole wellbeing. We have been holding support sessions for others in our community, talking around themes of uncertainty, change, grief and loss, heightened stress and anxiety, worrying thoughts, overwhelm, and the many affects of mental health and the impact for so many, through this challenging COVID-19 time. With our combined expertise and years of professional experience, as well as our own personal lived experiences through challenging times, we share our own feelings and emotions, as well as practical ways to manage and support ourselves, and others, to navigate these times with more calm and ease. Feeling our way through these times with calm, ease, and compassion
In this episode I talk about feeling our way through these times right now. How we are choosing to support ourselves. Ways we can look to these times, and changes we may choose to continue perhaps, as our new sense of normal. How we are looking within, but also to one another with more empathy and compassion. How togetherness through this means supporting ourselves as well as looking outwards and up, for collective healing, true connection and community. How we are using this time, right now and not wasting it in any way. Taking it all in, as this time will not come again. Listen in as I speak, just in the moment, to various themes of support for calm and ease. I hope for you to reflect on my words and thoughts with deeper awareness and understanding of yourself and of others experiences, with perspective and with compassion. With love x

Shared grief should create togetherness, and must be part of our collective healing
This is Part 2 of a series I am speaking to around loss and grief. I hope to speak to these themes in an honest, heart centered, and grounded way that brings some vulnerability from within myself, but in a way that resonates as support through the truth of your own experiences.
This solo episode is the second part of this series, where I talk to how our acknowledgement and sharing of grief and loss is deeply significant in our communities, even more, right now. I feel this must be seen for our deepening connection, togetherness, and true support as part of our collective healing. Not only through these uncertain times, but may these changes we are seeing and living right now, allow us to have a greater understanding of all our feelings, emotions and lived experiences, of which grief and loss are a huge part of this. We must be willing to listen and to talk about grief more openly and honestly, amongst and for us all, for compassion and for healing.
If you would like to continue a conversation with me, or to work with me, then I welcome you to contact me through my website - https://www.katiejanewellness.com/
Time may not heal all grief, but we can live with gratefulness as joy
This episode is Part 1 of a series I will be speaking to, around loss and grief.
Today's solo episode is a personal reflection of grief, to begin this series here, with all my support and love.
In this series, I want to talk about grief and loss more honestly and openly, for us all. Grief in all its complexity and layers. Grief as loss through death, as we may know it. Grief through all the emotions and feelings within the midst of us all as a collective, and personally in our own hearts and lives. I want to share my knowledge for support, not only from working with others over many years through uncertainty and change in many ways, but from my own heart, as a human being who knows grief and loss, through my own lived experiences. Something I do believe is that what we know and grow and learn and heal through, may just touch and support one person, who shares with someone else. We don't talk about grief and loss enough in our communities, and I want to add my part in changing that, here. Especially during these uncertain and challenging times, right now.
This is Part 1 of this series today. I reflect and speak to grief in my own heart and life, in a way I hope will feel supportive to someone listening in, if grief has touched and changed your life as you know it, for you to feel you're not alone. My hope is that my own thoughts, just as I speak them today, in the moment, very much from my heart, may resonate to you through someone you've lost, someone you love who is no longer here but always with you. I invite you to just listen in, take in anything or something thing that might feel supportive to you, or someone you know to share this with.
I'll be sharing Part 2 of this series through this coming week.

Sharing a nourishing conversation over a cup of tea, with my dear friend Casey
Very much in the moment, I recorded this conversation over a cup of tea, with my dear friend Casey. We often share nourishing and interesting conversations together and in the flow of this unedited podcast, I'm sharing one of these today. Meaningful and enriching conversations with people we connect with and love, are a huge part of joyful living and wellbeing. In this epsiode, I chat with Casey about beautiful things like forest living, connecting to nature, the rythmns and cycles of our seasons, her passion for learning the art and practice of tea ceremony, as well as writing for creativity and self expression ... and lots of other nourishing things. I encourage you to listen in over a cup of tea and imagine you're sitting with us, as friends, joining in this conversation and allow yourself to take in any insights that resonate, light you up, or just to take time to reflect and slow down. Especially in these challenging and interesting times right now. Perhaps this conversation will encourage you to connect with someone you love today, in a meaningful and enriching way.
Casey has a website she sometimes shares writing through: http://www.caseyreigne.com/ She is also going to be creating her own podcast, and I encourage you to stay connected to learn more about this beautiful project when it comes to life.
You can find her writing and posts on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/caseyreigne/

A calming and supportive conversation with Stephanie Beauverd
It's such a delight to share this episode with my dear friend, Stephanie. Steph is a Counsellor, Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga Teacher and we are always so aligned with our thoughts, as well as shared expertise with mental health and wellbeing. I just love sharing conversations with her. Here, we talk about ways we bring calm to our days, Steph shares a beautiful description of breath awareness and how supportive this can be for our whole wellbeing, we chat about the benefits of meditation, mindfulness as living with conscious intention, and ways to let go of the fear around uncertainty and circumstances and instead choosing to live in alignment with our values. I felt so calm and nourished after sharing this conversation with Steph, and I hope that by listening in, you'll feel supported and know that you are not alone through these times. I hope you'll also feel uplifted in ways you can choose to find calm and stillness within yourself, and take this time to consider what a peaceful life looks like and feels like for you. Earth healing, raising our vibration, and being a bright light in these uncertain times, with Dr Mahdi Mason
In this epsiode, I share an authentic and nourishing conversation with Dr Mahdi Mason. Mahdi is a land and property healer, international author, speaker and environmental consultant. We talk about shamantic healing, especially in these uncertain times, of releasing wounds and emotions to feel whole again. We talk about the benefits of property healings, the tools Mahdi uses and ways she tunes into these, and how raising the vibrational energy can shift spaces in a positive way for health and happiness. Mahdi also shares some really helpful ways we can all embrace healing in our homes right now, whilst we are spending so much time indoors, and ways we can raise our own energy to feel uplifted. We also talk about using this time to focus inwards, to really get to know ourselves in a deep and healthy way, and how we can be a bright light to others. I felt so energised after talking with Mahdi and I know you will too, by listening in. She is one of the most genuine people I know, with so much knowledge and wisdom, and it's impossible to not feel passionate about empowering ourselves, and deepening our own healing through our connection with nature. Enjoy listening in as much as I loved sharing this conversation.

Nourishing and simple ways to stay well with healthy food and cooking at home
In this episode, I invited Lou - Lunch Lady Lou - to share this conversation with me, as we both feel passionate about supporting people to choose healthy foods, to shop in a conscious and mindful way, to know how to cook simple and healthy foods at home, to feel less overwhelm and more empowered in ways we can keep ourselves and our families nourished and healthy. As we are all feeling the heaviness and uncertainty of COVID-19 and the limited supplies available to us, during isolation and lock down, Lou and I talk about healthy shopping choices, planning meals in advance, being creative with recipes, taking the overwhelm away and enjoying the simplicity of healthy home cooked food. I hope you will enjoy our nurturing and nourishing conversation, as it naturally flows - in the moment and unedited - and you feel comforted and uplifted by suggestions shared here, hopeful that you can cook and care for yourself and your family during this time. We share with love x

Holding space for all feelings and emotions
In this episode, I talk about holding space for all our feelings and emotions. Every feeling we have is valid. Every emotion needs and deserves acknowledgement. Especially, and even more so, during these uncertain and challenging times. I also speak about my belief in 'less as more' and how pressing pause, stepping back, and taking time to reflect, might be the most supportive thing for you, right now. I feel passionate about all of this as true compassion and support for our whole wellbeing. Personally and collectively. I hope this 'in the moment' and unedited episode will feel supportive to you, in some way.
Speaking our truth in a way that heals and supports
In this episode, I talk about speaking our truth in way that heals not harms. I think we can misunderstand what it means to speak our truth. We may even misunderstand vulnerability. I feel it's so important to have self awareness, and to understand what speaking our truth really means and how it feels for us, personally, as individuals. Then we can speak and express ourselves from this truthful space within, where it's healing and supportive, for ourselves and for others. I believe this is so necessary for our mental health and mental wellbeing.

Be willing and liberate your life, with Hayley Carr
I love sharing these in the moment, unedited, real conversations with guests on this podcast. Today, it's such a joy to share this heart opening conversation with Hayley Carr. Hayley is a 9 X Karate World Champion, and Life & Leadership Coach for high peformers. She has a very special and unique way of turning things upside down and inside out, and when you take it all in, it just makes sense. As with this conversation and many others with Hayley, I am always left with much to ponder, reflect on, question, things that may challenge me, things that make me see myself and life in a very different way, or a new perspective.
There are so many things we talk about in this episode - too many to summarise - but all so deeply relevant, for us all as well beings. I just encourage you to listen in with curiosity, openness, and with a pen or pencil, to write down all the insights that will come up for you, as they always do for me. I just love being around Hayley - her energy is magnetic, she's honest and open, and she's one of the most powerful and compassionate human beings I know. I feel deeply blessed with her presence in my life. I know that by listening in, you'll feel empowered to liberate your life, and believe that you can when you are willing. As in her own beautiful words 'the life you crave is so much closer than you think'.
Lean in, listen in and enjoy x

All details for her NLP Certification with Soul program, starting soon, can be found here: https://hayleycarr.tv/nlp-training
A few words to share from her website:
I’m Hayley CarrA 9 X world champion martial artist, a girl who once suffered for a long time with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (and used these tools to deal with it once and for all) - and a vintage vespa-riding, country dwelling tea enthusiast.
I know the pain of going around in circles mentally with myself without action for years on end.
I know the elation of breaking through glass ceilings over, and over again to reach heights people only dream about - as well as the dark side of that high achievement.
And I know the hurt or beauty a single sentence can bring. Especially as a coach.
Imagine if you knew just what to say and how to say it, to help someone completely transform before your eyes from functional, to exceptional. Not just with “hope it helps”, but with certainty you can break through anything.
To support them through things you’ve never necessarily been through yourself even, because you understand what’s going on beneath the surface, at the unconscious level.
Imagine having that level of understanding, and influence.
It brings me to tears.
This is what NLP does.
It heals.~~~~~

Wholeness as the essence of a well being
In this episode I talk about holistic healing - how seeing and feeling ourselves as whole beings is a huge part of this. I talk about empowering ourselves to find our own meanings around healing and wellbeing, through challenges, changes and transitions. I believe in wholeness as the essence for us all, as well beings. I believe in seeing past limitations and ways we may define ourselves, through circumstances in life, and instead, to embrace our wholeness, and our willingness to know and understand that healing resides within us all. I hope you will feel supported through my words and reflections shared here.

Self expression and creativity with Karly Nimmo
In this episode, I share a beautiful and compassionate conversation with Karly Nimmo. You may know Karly as a No. 1 iTunes podcaster of two podcasts right now: Karlosophies and Rock Your Mic Right.
Karly is many a thing really, as a multi passionate woman, and in her own words, she is "a serial entrepreneur, mad creator, born communicator and connector with a crazy knack for getting you to connect to your truth and see life from a different perspective". Our conversation today brings all these qualities and more to light, and I am so grateful for all that Karly shares with me here.
We talk about so many things, including mental health and wellbeing, along with Karly's own experiences living with depression and ways of supporting herself. Karly shares beautiful thoughts and reflections around creativity and self expression as the essence of wellbeing for her, and how expressing herself openly and sharing her truth allows her to be completely herself and to find harmony in life. There is so much in our conversation that is heart opening, enriching, meaningful and supportive for anyone listening in. It's such a joy to connect with compassionate human beings like Karly, and to share these valuable conversations, to encourage all aspects of wellbeing, for ourselves and with one another.
I hope you will enjoy listening in and you can find both of Karly's podcasts and more details about connecting with her at: https://www.karlynimmo.com/

Self acceptance is a beautiful opening for change
In this episode I talk about self acceptance as a beautiful opening for change. So much can shift and change from this space of ease and inner trust within, where we can listen to all parts of ourselves, and know what it is we truly need. I hope this episode brings you comfort and support.
If you'd like to continue a conversation, or to work with me, then I welcome you to connect through my website at: https://www.katiejanewellness.com/
Let's sit. Let's talk.
In this epsiode, I talk about the deep importance of quality connections and relationships with others. The need for deep listening, acknowledgement and for creating space for trust. The need for true presence with one another, and how we all can create more time for quality and meangingful relationships in our lives, around us, and amongst us all in our communities. I believe quality relationships and being present for conversations, is so important for healing, for all aspects of wellbeing, and for true compassionate support. As a wellness practitioner and a coach , and also just as a human being, I feel passionate about changing the way we engage and interact with one another, and I always hope to be a small part of making significant changes to the ways we can all be more present, willing, and available for each other. It's in this gift of quality time with another where acknowledgement and compassion resides. I believe and feel we need more of this than ever, right now. Listen in with an open mind and open heart, and I ask you to reflect and ponder on my thoughts and feelings here. I also hope this resonates and feels supportive as a listener, for you.

Supporting ourselves through anxiety
In this episode I talk about supporting ourselves through anxiety. Anxiety is something that so many of us feel. I mention just a few ways that come to mind, to manage anxiety in a way that may support you. Knowing this isn't extensive, and we are all unique individuals and what supports one person may be different to another. Like anything, anxiety asks for and needs a truly holistic and personalised approach, as part of wellbeing. I hope you find something that resonates here for you, and I encourage you to listen to what you feel will truly support you.

Support is necessary for our wellbeing
In this episode I talk about the ways we can support ourselves, and receive support, for our wellbeing. Support is necessary, and there are many ways we can seek, find, and choose support. I talk about receiving support from others, expressing and articulating our needs, knowing what true support means for us, as well as the difference between external support and external validation. I also talk about the empowering ways we can support and trust in ourselves and how necessary this is, as part of being a well being. I hope you enjoy listening in.
