Sometimes we try new things with one purpose but life surprises us by showing us a completely different path than we thought we would go and change us. What Constant Cravings Could Mean/
Do you crave sweets once in a while or all the time? There's no need to be hard on yourself if your cravings are only a few times, enjoy your cupcake sister.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
However when cravings become constant, every day or more than once a day, then that is a sign of your body telling you that there's something missing on your health care routine.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Start by making changes one at a time so you can have a chance to see if there are any changes in your cravings or not. If you don't see any change then keep implementing new changes until you hit that jackpot!
