Choose Yourself!
There are times we find ourselves in situations, personally and professionally, whether romantically, familiarly, and/or friendly, and we don't feel fully loved, valued, respected, honored and worthy. Too often we stay in those situations because they offer some sense of comfortability, maybe even security, yet they bring no happiness nor peace. Today and everyday, I'm encouraging all of us to choose wisely by choosing self! Choose YOU! Give yourself and your people the same energy you're giving to entities that have shown time and time again that they have a complete disregard for your well-being.

Daily Inspiration 1/8/2020, Wellness Wednesday
Today's inspiration is all about remembering to take small moments for yourself. Breathing and being still has a great affect on our state of wellness. Taking just 1 minute, 60 seconds, to breathe, stretch anf be still can do wonders for your mental health, physical health, spiritual health and financial health. In stillness, with attention to our breathing, we access knowledge and wisdom gifted to us since our inception. Tap in. Breathe. Stretch. Be.
