What's up guys! It's been a longtime coming, but after a hiatus, The Think Tank is back, exploring what we hope will provide some great value for businesses of all sizes looking to scale in 2020. Employee retention is so important in any business, so this close look with my team as we meet to discuss the direction of social media, recruiting and more in 2020 is something I hope you all will really enjoy. So much is changing in the landscape of digital, and new apps and platforms are becoming obsolete just as soon as people are catching on to how valuable they are.

But make no mistake! I believe that the #1 most important thing is how you treat your customers and employees. No business is perfect, and the way to earn trust is to always do your best by them.
