Becoming Your Best Self | #1 Over optimaal leven [NL]

Becoming Your Best Self | #1 Over optimaal leven [NL]

Today is the first episode of our second series. After discovering the fascinating world of cryptocurrency and blockchain, we've decided to look inwards. The topic we went for is Becoming Your Best Self, and during the course of this series Leen, Daphne and Aristide will each have conversations with different people they hope can help them in their individual journey.

First up, Leen has a super interesting conversation with Marleen Verschroeven, an experienced registered dietitian, orthomolecular therapist and the founder of Repeat Health, a preventive health practice Antwerp (Belgium). Becoming your best self starts with feeling good in your own body, and Marleen shares lots of interesting facts and tips.

#09 'Surfing the waves of your life' | Mieke Lannoey

This month we are honoured to speak to Mieke Lannoey. Mieke is a nature lover, a lifelong learner, an avid surfer, and the author of two books - the last of which is called 'Nooit Meer De Oude'. Having gone through a burnout in 2014, she writes about burnout being an invitation to live life differently. Today Mieke offers an array of services through her website, including online courses, individual guidance, and group trips. We speak to Mieke about her burnout, her recovery, and her journey towards becoming a conscious entrepreneur. She also teaches us to listen to ourselves and to learn from nature, and she charms us with fantastic analogies about lobsters and inner seasons.
