On this week's episode I am joined by Chindah Chindah, an award winning Motivational and Transformational Speaker, Coach, Relationships and Marriage expert.

Chindah Chindah who is on a mission to help couples, and purpose-driven individuals become the best versions of themselves. He has been able to connect with some of the biggest names in his industry by building great relationships. He shares with us how to connect, maintain relationships and end when necessary.

Chindah is the author of two bestselling books, which can both be found on Amazon : “What Can I Do to Make My Marriage Work?” and “The Power Of Personal Change”.

Chindah’s other pursuits include being the Founder of Limitless Life Pro Academy, Married Life Management, CARE Ministry and 4XL Telecoms, UK. Chindah is also an IT Service Architect, working as a consultant for a multi-billion pound telecommunications operator.

Caroline contributes immensely to the community through the Caroline Popoola Foundation in line with her personal and company ethos which at present, helps to feed 150 parents and children from low income backgrounds monthly. The foundation runs a delivery food bank to various homes across London. In addition to this, the foundation supports startup businesses with seed funding and has provided bursaries for a number of young people to get into higher education. We are told daily, just quit, don’t work for others, stop fulfilling other people’s dream. It’s it ok to work full time? How do you transition?

Do you feel everyone around is not supportive? Are you trying to make people understand your goals and dreams? Do you feel alone? You have to prove yourself. They are still looking at you as the same person. You need to show evidence of growth. You have to prove yourself.
