Bez is back in the chair as he walks through all the goings on around the scene while he was off alongside Tree.

We chat through the amazing news from Ireland and try to pronounce Claddagh. We get into the structural changes at BAFA and what that could mean for the future before saying goodbye to a legend of the international game.

There's only one item on the agenda this week as we prepare for the British American Football Association Women's Flag Football League Playoffs, held at Ravenscraig, Motherwell in Scotland.

It's time for the ultimate weekend of regular season competition in the BAFA Flag Women's Flag Football League and we give you the lowdown and analysis of what is on the line and who we expect to make a big push in the #RaceToRavenscraig.

Then it's on to the Scottish Flag Football Winter League event in Motherwell where it might be too early to start playing playoff favourites, but it also might not be!

It's been a wild few weeks in the world of flag football and we are here for a big round up!

Bez and Tree talk the IFAF Media Asia/Oceania Games, the classic finale to the American Football Ireland season with a 4OT Emerald Bowl, what happened at the Granite City Quaich and then finally the state of play in the BAFA Flag Women's Flag Football League.

The big story of the week is of course Olympic inclusion for Flag Football at LA28. In our first show since the announcement, Bez and Tree let their thoughts spill out of their heads and into the microphones.

Then it's on to a massive weekend of BAFA Flag WFFL Action in Wakefield where the Pirates maintain their 100% record and we take a look at which teams could have the most or least luck in the league based on their points per game. There's also a butchered Mark Twain quote for you to enjoy.
