50. A milestone and self-care with Amanda Ferrat
Welcome to my podcast, The Wellness Project with Des. Today is a very special day. It is the airing of my 50th episode! My podcast has gone through many shifts and changes but I am happy to say that I have finally found the right fit. After starting out doing movie reviews, I focused on my goal of interviewing people. I started interviewing people about their hobbies and passions and creativity. I loved it but something didn't feel aligned. After a lot of thinking and hesitation and working through self-doubt, I finally landed on what should have been obvious from the start. I began interviewing experts in the areas of mental health and wellness. As a social worker, I am passionate about helping people with their mental health. It now makes complete sense to interview experts in the wellness fields and my podcast finally feels aligned with what I am passionate about. I am so excited to bring you more episodes! Now I can't wait to reach the 100 mark! For more detailed show notes go to: accordingtodes.com/50
