Kathleen is the author of the best selling book: Wisdom on The Camino. After the passing of her husband in 2018 whom she cared for for 17 years through his worsening Parkinson's Disease, Kathleen decided to undertake a journey of of 500 miles across the Camino De Santiago in northern Spain, alone ( besides her angels) at the age of 70.

There is a lot of talk in the media and news of the threat of seeing  mushroom clouds over our countries and states as a result of the launching of nuclear weapons. This suggests an escalation in the Ukrainian crisis that is so big that nuclear bombs would be launched at targeted cities causing loss of life on a massive scale and the devastation of cities and surrounding areas. A very grim prospect that would probably see retaliation in the same manner. I would like to suggest that this is in fact a fantastic idea, but instead of 'mushroom clouds', how about clouds of psilocybin mushrooms dropped upon each politician and head of state that is contributing to the ongoing crisis.

My thoughts on the tragedy that is unfolding in Ukraine at this time. We living in an age of war on the information we consume. Our viewpoints and opinions are shaped by the media we consume and are allowed to consume. Control the information that people consume, control how they think, feel and are willing to accept actions taken out by their governments and world authorities. This conflict is bringing up a lot of emotions and basic emotional response is to choose sides, but this simply serves those who remain in power.  We need to find the middle path, become like a Buddha and discard attachments to either political ideology the west or Russia.

We discuss her life up to now, her communications from God the Spirit and her philosophy on life including the concepts of forgiveness, service, guilt and prayer as seen through the eyes of a Christian mystic.

Ann had PTSD into her 30s, the result of two alcoholic parents. Raising two boys at the time she realised she needed help. After discovering EFT (Emotional Freedom technique) and utilizing this and a few other techniques for a number of years, she developed a healing technique of her own seemingly unique to her dubbed 'Insight' in which she has developed the ability to put her awareness inside her body to find and release stress and tension. She has utilized this technique to make physical changes to her body (some of which are: aligning of eye sockets, centering of jaw, straightening of neck, growth of front lower tooth roots, growing 1/2 an inch).   

From Her book: Every second of every day we are emitting a signal to the universe that says “This is the way I am feeling now, please give me more reasons to feel this way”. To change what we are getting, we need to change the signal we are emitting. But how do we do that if the signal we are emitting is based on our whole history, not just on our current thoughts?  Beneath our current thoughts, the amount of emotional and physical tension we hold in our bodies from our past history is truly mind-blowing. Luckily for us it is mostly sub-conscious. But what do we do if we truly want to access this stored tension and release it? Because in releasing it, we not only feel better, but emit a different signal and so attract different circumstances? This book will lead you gently through the path of removing the emotions around your history, and beyond that to removing tension physically held in the body.  In doing so, your physical vibration will rise to the point that positive thoughts just occur to you, naturally. 

 It was my pleasure to interview Ann (Video On Youtube) who I'm happy to say is knowledgeable in energy and tension releasing in ways that most others could not imagine. Ann is someone who not only talks the talk, but walks the walk and I will certainly be integrating the techniques outlined in her book into my own practices.

It's me In The flesh (sort of). I know Some of you have been waiting on this. So here it. As for the why now, the explanation is in the video.
