When you first try and #relax a muscle group it can be helpful to tense it first. If you are not sure about how to relax your pelvic floor, try squeezing your muscles to stop an imaginary flow of urine or passing of wind, then relax. This works for many men and women, but it may take some practice.

In our experience, spending time with others, talking and thinking through situations and possible solutions together, is helpful in increasing our own creative energy in how we face our challenges. Bouncing ideas off each other helps build our own capacity to develop our potential and broadens our awareness of our choices. We are convinced that our lives are enriched by people who have different backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and views to our own – we can all give and receive.

In these podcasts we will share some of our own conversations around the challenges we as South Africans are facing. We are committed to continually investigating how personal power can be re-discovered and developed. We will also be interviewing others, both about their victories and continuing challenges. We believe we can learn a lot from others.
