Firmness
Let's paint some scenarios today. You are a freelance developer who needs to work with the software development team of a particular firm. You realize thier quality of work or processes is not up to standard you expect. Asked to work on a solution and deliver in time - where you know it is impossible to deliver without failures. Do you promise heaven on earth and deliver rubbish or stay firm and advise the customer of the realities at the risk of loosing the contract?

Growing Others
The energy I see from a lot of the junior developers I interact with every day amazes me. They have a lot zeal to explore all the worlds of devs as it may be. You can hear one say something like I'm currently using this X-Language to do Y number of stuff and I want to use some AI infused learning to do Z in the Alpha component I built with Delta Framework. That sounds like a lot of gibberish right? But hey, they're making things work out for themselves and learning this and learning that.
