On this extremely fun episode one of my best buddies comes back for a 4th time, Nick Spoon from Lesser Creatures. On this deep and insightful episode I get the honor of chatting with folk artist Tim Nave, or The Artist Known as Tim. We chat about his roots in the Appalachian region of Tennessee, growing up in the church and it’s strict guidelines, how he discovered music from his dad’s hidden cassette tapes, & eventually discovering punk and playing in bands. We also discuss recording and playing on his own, after a ten year hiatus, his relationship w/ Katzulhu Productions, coming to terms with his upbringing, his relationship w/ his parents, religion in general, and most importantly how to heal himself and others w/ the power of music.
