A very good friend of mine has came on the podcast. Ari and I go way back to 2020. We both met in Perth. We’ve found our partying nature and lust for living there. Then continued our adventures to the Outback of Australia. Where we went down many rabbit holes and had incredible moments together. 

Ari is originally from Singapore. In this episode, he lets us into Singaporrean life. He talks about his plans moving forwards and we talk a lot about the world, our adventures and the next steps. Definitely an incredible episode where talking to Ari was like chatting to him anywhere else.

In this episode, we dive into Miguel's world. One that is filled with fun and joy. I got to speak to miguel over a nice joint. We had some quality conversations about flow props, performing, and Miguel's company WildCore. Also got to talk about the festival world and our time in this chaotic fairyland.

 I got the wonderful and Zany JONO on the podcast this week. On this episode. Jono and I talk about performing. I praise Jono for his acting skills. Hey Everyone! I got another YMF Episode This Week!

I had a wonderful, colorful figure in the event space. Someone who has done a lot for women by getting them out of their shells and embracing their zany sides. By getting them to dance, dress up in funny costumes, and coming together to make a wonderful, unique community. 

Christie also gives us some insight into her previous life. She was a dancer for a very long time. Christie has a lot of passion about movement and the art form that is dancing. It’s interesting to hear her perspectives and stories. She has a lovely personality, one that is contagious and joyful to be around.

Now she has a successful business in creating/ cultivating workshops and dance classes. Also really want to congratulate her on her success.  Christie has a lot to give. With her passion and organizational skills, she can definitely throw one hell of a good. 

I’ll try to get the episode up on Sunday night. But might have to push it back to Monday. Due to internet issues.

Jacob Farley Bios: Episode #10 

The Re/evolution is LOVE BABY! One of the best conversations I’ve had so far:) Jacob Farley comes on to discuss human evolution, generational traumas, his own life stories, philosophy on Love/ Appreciation. The heart of this man is ever expanding, and his message is purely Love. 

Jacob has a project going on, he is leading the RE/EVOLUTION! He wants more love and kindness in the world. People should be smiling instead of hiding. Jacob talks about his message and why it’s important for everyone! Especially his message on Self-Love. 

He works valiantly trying to express his message in any shape or form. Jacob has spray painted his message all over the coast of Australia. It’s well known within our community of this message. You see his message, The RE/Evolution is LOVE on Vans, Cars, Lamp post, Buildings. It’s honestly amazing how big his message has grown and I’m so happy to have a plat-form for him to share on:)

ROB REDD BIO: Episode #9

Sir Robb Redd is on the podsss:)) A man dedicated to his craft and bettering himself and everyone around. Rob is the hardest worker I know and has transformed his life multiple times. He's driven, disciplined and creative. 

Ima list a few things he can do. Writes, Sketches, plays guitar, Juggles, flows with contact staff, Dragon Staff, and Doubles, can handstand, do gymnastics, balances on a roller boller, can even UNIcycle. Probably still missing a few, no joke, he doesn’t mess around, Rob is your modern day Renaissance Man.

Rob and I talked about so many different avenues. Rob shared his personal life and what's been going through. Rob is also a Talented performer and shares his background from the time he lived in England, his Uni days, and his Days here in Australia. Rob and I also went DEEP into our philosophies and mindsets on Life. I consider Rob one of the most intelligent person I know. 

A conversation where you can truly understand the mind that is Rob.

LEVI IS ON THE PODS

This Coming Sunday, Levi Vandera is on the podcast. The infamous Levi comes on to share his life, his career, his passions and his perspectives on community. He’s a living, LOCAL LEGEND. 

Levi is a business, entrepreneur, a musician, and is in VANDERA. A band that also includes his brother, Aaron Vanderaa. He comes on to share his insights on creating and innovating. I also got to hear the story of the notorious Coolum Bongos. It’s a community event that he puts on with his brother and other fellow musicians.

We go into avenues of performing, sharing our stories, as well as talking about mindset and why it’s important to move/ dance. Levi has lots of world experience which was so amazing to hear. Our conversation had such a nice Flow, he’s incredibly positive and a happy going guy. Truly thankful for all that does for the community. He really goes out of his way to make us all happy.

Ok buckle the F#@$k Up. On this Episode we got the extraordinary Talent behind the percussions, ANDREW!!! The man that can jam, Andrew is on YMF this week to share his life story. We go down the rabbit hole and discuss Andrews past. We speak about his performances, times in Brasi,  psychedelic therapy, and much more. 

He is such an amazing man with so much music within his soul. He's in a band called Akudub, a rhythmic jam band. Andrew has been a performer/ Musician for a while now. His view on the Art-form is incredibly articulated and felt in the episode. 

Andrew is a lovely guy. He has always been so nice to me. Spending time with him reminds me of my old friend groups from the states. He’s got a charm to him that comes out on stage. If you ever get to see this man play those DRUMS. YOU’RE IN FOR A TREAT!

This episode is a special one, because Kalya is here for a conversation! This episode was Fan-freaken-tastic. I adore Kalya and her writing. Kalya is an INCREDIBLE POET. She has written about Life, Love, Adventure, Beauty, Femininity, the list goes on. She has such a way with words and conveying a message. 

On this episode. We talk about Writing and creating stories. Kalya also share some of her experiences from her travels and how they influence her today. She even SHARES one of her poems. 

Talking to people like Kalya is a blessing. She has such a unique mind. It was interesting for myself to hear a bit more about her past, and the creativity behind some of her work! I learned a lot about Kalya in this episode, and I have a new-found respect for what she crafts. Seriously, go to one of her poetry events and witness Kalya essence.

This week is Te ana Hill! 

An exercise physiologist, and avid trippy thinker; Te comes on this week to have a hang and share her job as an exercise physiologist. She talks about posture, body formations, and healthy exercises she uses for rehabilitation. Here and I even got to chat about my past few injuries. 

When I get to hang with Te, we both tend to go down the Rabbit Hole a bit. Both love talking about the complexities of life. This episode even has us going into our minds and pulling anything and everything out for discussion. If I’m honest, those types of conversations are my favorite:0

Te is an amazing person and works hard on a regular basis, to be a symbol for good physical health. I love Te soo much and had such a blast with her for this episode. 

This coming SUNDAY, I got Mimi Ellis, the SPECTACULAR HOOPER/ PERFORMER, on The Yellow Mellow Frequency. Mimi is a very talented individual that specializes in fire entertainment and Roving. On top of that is her relaxing/ giving presents. Mimi is such a nice person and is humbled when it comes to her craft. 

Mimi and talk about Flowarts and perform. I’ve got to understand her past, and how she got into performing. We also talked about experiences we both had in the performing world. Mimi also shares some of the events she got to be a part of with her skillset. She even shares her inspiration and why she enjoys what she does. Get settled in everyone, because this week's episode goes deep into the Life of Luis Nobre. At the time of this recording, this was my first time meeting Luis. I was extremely grateful for his courage to come to YMF and share his personal life with myself. 

Luis is originally from brazil. In this previous life, he was a helicopter pilot. Luis dives into his life in Brazil and paints a clear perspective on Brazil's society & Culture. He talks about his family life and early life. Also shares his adventures around Australia, and what he wants to do moving forwards. 

Luis' deep connection with life and his past, gives you an insight into who Luis is. Really excited for this one. Luis was also one of the first to come and be completely open with sharing. Can’t thank him enough!

Alright Ladies and Gentleman, Jess Maison is on the pods this week! Jess comes on to catch me up on her projects and career. As well as get deep in consciousness and states of awareness. 

I had a really good talk with Jess. She tells me about her Life Coaching, gives me insight on Feminine Wellness, goes into why she loves what she does, and breaks down healthy mindsets. Jess talks about the process of her journey, and what she has gone through. Jess gives you a good description of herself and her passions in life. 

Jess is an Incredible Woman and does so much for others. She’s such a talent and is knowledgeable in her field of Life Coaching. Such a good chat and such an incredible Guest.

SUGI HENSON!!

  Sugi Henson. One of, if not, the MOST LIKABLE GUY IN HUMAN HISTORY:) I mean it, this guy's charisma, and vibe is infectious. He’s a certified cool guy, according to the board. 

Sugi Henson is a Friend of mine from my NZ days. He’s originally from Canada, where all the nice people come from:0 But we both met while traveling Nz/Aus. Sugi is extremely genuine and always makes people smile. He’s extremely funny and entertaining, everyone that knows sugi understands that he loves community and socializing. It’s why he’s loved by the masses. 

Our conversation was about many things, but overall, It’s just two good friends laughing about the past, sharing perspectives on life/ growth, and diving into unique experiences that happened to both of us during the pandemic. I had a blast talking to Sugi, he is extremely thoughtful and insightful.  Can’t help but Love the Guy.
