We are excited to be joined by Dr Shaun M. Anderson, Ph.D. to talk about his new book The Black Athlete Revolt: The Sport Justice Movement in the Age of #Blacklivesmatter. But before we jump into the interview we have to discuss the huge loss for Mobile, AL in the murder of Montraze Slater AKA Slatron the Don, Mr Check N himself. The brothers share personal stories of Slate and ask the community to continue to be the light that he was. Dr Anderson explains why he decided to write the book and the things that inspired his career journey. We discuss why sports and politics are traditionally thought to not mix. We get Dr Andersons thoughts on if there will ever be another Muhammed Ali and why people tell athletes to shut up and dribble. We celebrate the NIL deals that Angel Reese is receiving and discuss whether that will be a bigger shift in student athletes staying in school longer rather than going pro. We close discussing two of the Tennessee three being expelled from state Congress. Guess what was different in the one person that wasn't expelled! Men are the prize too

Men are the prize too

Razi has found the secret to staying rich according to Slim Thug. We report on the proud boys getting beat up at a drag show and Wyoming owning the liberals...and themselves. Buff asks the brothers would we break up with our ladies if they got a lap dance by Chris Brown. We make predictions on if Trump will get arrested or not. Ferg tries to discuss the upcoming movies before Razi so rudely interrupts. As we get into the questions Razi wants to dive deeper into the conversation from last week. He wants to know why or why don't the brothers agree with the statement "conservatism equals racism." Buff wants to discuss one of the posts from our social media page. The posts said can men be the prize. The conversation got really interesting. Ferg is in his feelings and wants to know do men still express their love like 90s R&B used to. That leads to us discussing how expressions of love have evolved. As we close Buff reminds everyone that martial law never happened and those military vehicles didn't roll into any city. Razi explains what the bank closures mean for everyone and shouts out New Road Community Development Group and raising $2.1 million in grants to develop and promote homeownership on the eastern shore.
