John is a medically retired U.S. Army Noncommissioned Officer and completed his active-duty service as a Military Intelligence professional. John also served and was certified as an Army Master Resiliency Trainer. In this role he taught critical resiliency skills for career sustainment and enhancement to hundreds of service members and their families on military installations throughout the world. In 2017 John was privileged to co-facilitate a resiliency training with the clinical psychologist for U.S. Army Special Operations while serving in the Republic of South Korea.

Prior to his retirement, John grew his leadership acumen by serving in the Veteran non-profit space, and in 2017 founded Azimuth Leadership LLC, a platform which focuses on personal transition, resiliency, and behavioral health leadership through culturally competent conversations in sports, military, recovery and clinical communities. In 2019 John launched T.E.A.M (Transition-Empowerment-Advocacy-Mindset) which includes behavioral health leadership training, roundtable discussions, and a weekly peer-to-peer support huddle.

Together these platforms have allowed John to fulfill his passion for creating “conscious conversational environments”...and he can do the same for you! ABOUT MARINA

Marina is the author of Becoming a Superhero: Awaken Your Superpowers and Elevate the Lives of Others (April 2021), and founder of Women’s Sports Apparel company, SPRHRA (April 2022). Marina’s story is about learning how to find connection with herself, in the face of darkness. As a College Freshman on the Top 20-ranked Georgetown University’s Women’s Division 1 Soccer Team, Marina almost lost her scholarship and went to rehab for depression and eating disorders. She then became the team’s first-ever 3-time Team Captain.

Taking the principles from her book, Marina set out to create SPRHRA, an athletic brand for female athletes. Marina is on a mission to eliminate the restriction placed on female athletes, by creating a community, brand, and apparel that gives female athletes the Freedom to Perform. Throughout her playing career and thereafter, Marina realized a gap in sports apparel for female athletes. There was no sports apparel brand built for how female athletes play, move, and live. Marina wanted to curate female athlete apparel towards an unprecedented quartet: high-performance, precision, swagger, and freedom for female athletes’ bodies.

SPRHRA is sustainably made in Los Angeles, CA and is built by female athletes who play each respective sport — i.e., soccer players inform soccer apparel. (Pronounced Super-hera).

Thomas Williams is an NFL Player Engagement Ambassador, author, speaker, and philanthropist.

Thomas works with athletes, students, and professionals challenging them to push beyond a mundane lifestyle and enter into a life of GREATNESS.

In 2008, after playing for USC, Thomas entered the NFL when he was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars.

As he played for the Jaguars, New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills and Carolina Panthers, Thomas mastered four principles that influenced his careers on and off the field: goal setting, leadership, accountability, and fostering winning team cultures. These principles are at the very core of his programs.

Only 1% of college athletes will go pro, but 100% of ALL athletes will retire. Nate Boyer is a former United States Army Green Beret, retired football player, actor and director. After serving six years and multiple tours for the Army in both Iraq and Afghanistan, Nate played college football as a walk-on at the University of Texas despite never having played a down of organized football in his life. He was signed by the Seattle Seahawks as an un-drafted free agent in 2015.

He delivers an outstanding directorial debut with his new movie, "MVP". The film is based on the true story of the formation of Merging Vets & Players (MVP), a nonprofit founded by Nate Boyer and Fox Sports NFL Insider, Jay Glazer.
