Episode 2: The Art of Sumo
When it comes to sumo, the words "incredibly athletic", "smart", or "strategic" don't often come to mind, at least in the West. But in Japan, the sport of sumo has a long and storied history and is rich with tradition. It is a critical part of Japanese culture and today, we explore how the sport might also take form as an art. Munchies, VICE's food website also did a video on sumo wrestler Byamba Ulambyar and his 10,000 calorie diet, as part of their series FUEL. Here's the link to that video:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dW7n2UP60bk  And the link to the recipe for Chanko Nabe if you'd like to try making it yourself:  https://www.vice.com/en_us/article/8qejkb/chanko-nabe
