5 Major Lessons Learned in 50 Years
It has been about 4 weeks since I last recorded an episode for you and the reason for this is because I have just hit a milestone of turning 50. Can't believe this has happened so quickly. Part 5 - Turning Your Idea Into An Online Business
In this episode we are going to craft your product and get it ready to sell. There are more steps than this but it's time to get clear on what you are going to be selling and how you will be selling it. The most important question for you; Are you selling a product or service? You will find that this will be the beginning of your product suite and it it won't be the only product you will be selling over time. Here are questions for you to develop your product or service that you plan to sell. 1. Is it a product or service? 2. What problems will it solve for you tribe? 3. What transformation will they have when they use your product or service? 4. Is it a physical product or a digital product? 5. How will it be delivered to your tribe? 6. Is it automated or will it require hands on? 7. Could this product or service be sold without physical input from you? 8. How much will it cost? 9. Why would they buy from you and not someone else? 10. How long will it take to be produced? 11. When will it be ready to promote? 12. Is it sold off your website and how? 13. Will you require to use other platforms to sell your product? 14. How will you promote it? There will always be a ton of questions to ask and these are a few to get you thinking. Start With A Beginner's Mind And Be Curious
I had the opportunity of meeting two incredibly successful and well known people just recently. These two are well know world wide.  They happened to be playing at the golf club where I work and I asked the question when they completed their round, "how did you go?" The response was "didn't play very well, she only does things that she is good at!" And that response I put into the back of my mind because I wanted to discuss this comment with you in this episode. This couple whom I talk about in no way do I denigrate them, I have a huge admiration for the both of them as they are both masters at their craft. I just found the response interesting because it came from a world champion. If you only do things that you are good at, how do you learn? Well, you don't, you limit yourself and you limit your development. Therefore when you take on something new there are two approaches you must have; 1. Always have the mindset of a beginner and learn the skills properly 2. It's Not The Destination It's The Journey

What Can You Learn From Teaching Someone Else?

Part 3: Goal Setting - End Of Month Destiny - Business And Life
This is the final part of the three part episodes for goal setting for this quarter. This is where you will be able to break the goals down into months and weeks to make them achievable chunks. That's the best way to accomplish goals in bite size chunks.  All you will need is two A4 sheets of paper to do this. **STEP 1: WHAT MUST BE TRUE BY THE END OF EACH MONTH** Draw up 2 columns one called Life Destiny and the other Business Destiny. Each column should have 4 rows. **First Column - LIFE DESTINY** In 1st Row: Write out your goals for Life Destiny for the Quarter. In 2nd Row: Answer what must be true by the end of April. In 3rd Row: Answer what must be true by the end of May. In 4th Row: Answer what must be true by the end of June. **Second Column - BUSINESS DESTINY** In 1st Row: Write out your goals for Business Destiny for the Quarter. In 2nd Row: Answer what must be true by the end of April. In 3rd Row: Answer what must be true by the end of May. In 4th Row: Answer what must be true by the end of June. **STEP 2: WHAT MUST BE TRUE BY THE END OF THIS MONTH** Draw up 2 columns one called Life Destiny and the other Business Destiny. **First Column - LIFE DESTINY** In 1st Row: Write out your goals for Life Destiny for the Month (April). Below this row draw out 4 boxes . Part 2: Goal Setting - What Challenges Will You Encounter - Life And Business
Now that you have completed Part 1 Goal Setting, it's time to move into Part 2. You should be now clear on what goals you are setting for your life and your business. Now it is time to identify what problems or challenges you will encounter and how you will overcome them. Give yourself time to work through this one. Even though the questions are very straight forward allow for time to brainstorm and come up with action steps. All you will need is two A4 sheets of paper to do this. One sheet for Life Destiny (Life/Personal Goals) and one sheet for Business Destiny (Business Goals). **WHAT CHALLENGES WILL I ENCOUNTER?**  Draw up 4 columns per page, write each of these questions in the 4 columns. Part 1: Goal Setting - Last Quarter Reflection And Your Next Quarter Destiny - Life And Business
We have come to the end of another quarter. What a challenging quarter it has been. Many changes throughout the world due to COVID-19. However we are going to look back at last quarter, I will show you how and then reset our destiny for the next quarter. Are you ready? All you will need is an A4 sheet of paper to do this. STEP 1: END OF GAME ANALYSIS Draw up 6 columns put each question in the 6 columns. What were the goals for the last quarter? For each goal listed mark complete or incomplete. (a) For each completed goal how was it completed? (b) For each incomplete goal - what is missing? What are the lessons learned from the quarter? What must I do next? STEP 2: END OF QUARTER DESTINY (April - June) Draw up 4 columns put each question in the 4 columns. Life Destiny - What must be true by the end of June? Life Destiny - How will I make that happen? Focus On What You Can Control
Everything feels like it is at a stand still right now. No one is sure what to do... none of us are. But the most important thing is that we must endeavour to stay safe and follow what is recommended. Numerous businesses, schools, sporting facilities and gyms are being shut down for who knows how long. Sporting competitions are on hold. It can be easy to get caught up in the hysteria, what the media updates tell you and the lockdowns. There are fears. A big fear is the fear of the unknown. I spoke about that in the episode "What Paralyses Us". I spoke about how fear of the unknown can cause us to get paralysed because we don't know what will happen. Then what happens is that we start to create stories in our mind of different senarios of what could happen, we then feel anxious and uneasy. But remember they are just stories, they are not true, nothing has happened. For you now, you can't control what is going on in the outside world - but you can control your thoughts and how you want to show up in the world. So let's do something about this... let's craft the future you want to see for yourself. Create Your Manifesto Your Sport - what is your ultimate vision for your sport? Explain here in detail. Your Business - what is your ultimate vision for your business? Explain here in detail. Your Life - what is your ultimate vision for your life? Explain here in detail. Your Relationships - what is your ultimate vision for your relationships? Explain here in detail. Your Health & Fitness - what is your ultimate vision for your health and fitness? Explain here in detail. What to Do Next... Explain each section in detail. Record it. Put some nice background music in it. Listen to it everyday. Dealing With The Coronavirus
The world has been hit by the Coronavirus and we are moving into lockdown mode. The borders to many countries are now closing. No one is traveling. Events are closed down. There are restrictions to how many people can congregate in one area and there are many precautions to take. And people are fighting over toilet paper in the supermarkets! What Is The Coronavirus? Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that cause respiratory infections. These range from the common cold to more serious diseases. COVID-19 is the disease caused by a new coronavirus first reported in Wuhan City, China. It can range from a mild lillness to pheumomnia. Some people will recover easily and some may get sick quickly. It has symptoms such as; * fever, * flu like symptoms, coughing, sore throat, fatigue and shortness of breath. Information taken from www.health.gov.au  The question then becomes do you stop living your life and pursuing your goals? The answer is - no! First, it is sensible to follow the information that has been recommended and be sensible. Second, don't get caught up in the fear. This craziness has occurred because people are acting out of fear, fighting over toilet paper and stable foods etc. It is the fear of the unknown as this virus and it's capabilities are unknown and havent yet been fully determined. Third... This is the perfect opportunity for you to work even harder or should I say more strategic on your sport. Highly likely your team training sessions have been cancelled including your tournaments and competitions. Therefore you have a chance to work on improving your techincal skills and mental skills. You can be creative here, for example; * try new drills you've been wanting to try * test out new techniques you've wanted to work on but haven't because of competitions * improve your nutrition, discover what foods and supplements would benefit you most to get the competitive edge * improve and develop your mental skills There is plenty to do here. It's about taking this opportunity to develop yourself further as an athlete, as a player and as a person. Don't get caught up in the fear. Take Control! You can't control what is happening around you but you can take control of what you do. What You Can Control * take precautions and be sensible * develop yourself further as a competitior * develop and try new drills and techniques * double down on the training * develop mental skills * nutrition Remember what you focus on expands. If you focus on the negatives then it will bring up doubts and fears. Don't Let Others Dictate Your Future
Never let anyone dicate to you your future. The short reason is because you are the one in the drivers seat and you are the one who is control. Your destiny is in your hands. The long reason is this, firstly we have our goals set for the future and we know what we want to accomplish. We athletes we are a different breed; we think differently to most. we want to achieve great heights in our sport. we create our own path. we are blazing down trails that most people haven't gone down before (only those athletes before us). and most people are not game enough to do what we do. So when someone is not on the same wave length as you and they don't think the same way as you, they don't get it. They ask questions like; why are you setting goals? why are you working so hard? why don't you want to hang out this afternoon? why do you plan out your days, weeks and months? And you know what, that's ok! They don't have to think like you do, they are not wrong they are just different, just as you are different to them. But what happens when your coach makes the decision that you are not good enough for the squad? What happens if they make the decision that your pathway to becoming the athlete you want to become is over? And you have only just begun? What do you do? This is explained in greater detail in this episode. However get this message clear today! If you are not getting the results yet; it may be time to change the strategy? it may be time to change the coach? There is not just one strategy that will be the answer to your goals. There will not be just one coach who will be the answer to your goals. Stopping The Burn Out
This is an area that comes up constantly. I have had a number of conversations with athletes about it. This is the athletes I have spoken to their current process of going after their goals; * They are working their butt off. * They are training and practicing really hard. * They put extra hours in the gym. * They put extra hours on the field, court, pitch and pool etc. * Work, work, work, train, train, train, practice, practice, practice. * No down time. * They keep grinding it out. They keep pushing until they hit a point. And that point could be an injury or exhaustion. What happens when exhaustion occurs; * Energy levels are depleted. * Don't have the strenght or stamina. * Incredibly fatigued. What happens when an injury occurs; * You can't train at the intensity you had before Injuries can be caused from; * Not performing the technique correctly. * Tired, exhausted and not paying attention. * Overtrained, overloaded and the repetition wearing the muscles out. When we get to that point we hit burn out! Keep trying to work through the burn out whether you are exhausted or injured will not improve it will only get worse. There is this saying FEATHER - BRICK - TRUCK! (more information about this in today's episode) The point with this saying, is that do you ignore the warning signs before it's too late or do you take note and change what is happening? It won't be the many long exhausting hours that you put it that will give you the breakthrough, it will be the strategies and the quality of the effort that will get you the results. Here are are 4 Steps To Stop The Burn Out! **1. Take an Aerial View of Your Life and Your Sport** Take note of what you are doing on a daily basis. Ask the question - Is each action that I am doing getting me closer to accomplishing my goals? Yes or No for each. **2. For the Actions That Are A NO - what do you need to do to change it? **3. Devise A Plan** Please note that in your plan you must also add in; * Time Out * Do Something Else (for Fun) * Sleep & Recover **4. What Areas In Your Sport & Mindset Are You Going To Focus on Improving?** * Decide what areas they are and how you are going to improve them. *** * If you are struggling with burn out. * You don't get picked for the team, even though you work your butt off. * You are not seeing the hard work payoff. * You are not seeing the results in your sport. * You are grinding it out everyday and feel like you are focusing on the right things. * But you are not performing well when it counts. * And you are finding it hard to stay motivated. What Paralyses Us
This will be the one thing that will hold us back,. This will be the one thing that will stop us. This will be the one thing that will overwhelm us and... End Of Game Analysis - Reflection For 4th Quarter
This is the end of the fourth quarter, it's the end of our game so to speak. By us analyzing our game we can then get feedback of what we have  accomplished, what we have yet to accomplish, where the improvements are  and where the challenges and set backs were. The 5 Questions To Ask at the End Of Every Quarter What were the goals set for this quarter? List them. For each goal listed write down next to each goal, completed or incomplete. (a) For Completed Goals - for each completed goal write out the action steps you did to complete each goal. 3 Steps To Dealing With Anxiety
In this episode that I share I actually recorded it on my Tiffany Mika Podcast show in relation how to deal with anxiety in your sport. But the strategies I share you can apply to life. Even though the references about sport, I want you to be thinking about how they can apply to you in your life. When we feel anxious about our sports performance it affects everything we do and how we feel. I was watching a segment on 60 minutes recently and the reporter said that anxiety affects one in every four people. That's a troubling statistic. What is anxiety? Anxiety is characterized by a negative emotional state such as nervousness, worry and apprehension. Even though anxiety can be seen as a negative emotional state it does not necessarily mean that you will perform badly in your sport. Some athletes thrive under pressure they feel. And that's what we want to do, we want to Thrive Under Pressure not Dive Under Pressure. In this episode we craft three strategies to help you deal with anxiety in your sport. It's Time To Evaluate The Third Quarter
Here we are at the end of the third quarter of the year. It's time to evaluate this past three months before you move onto the last quarter and set your goals. Why do we evaluate this quarter first? Because we need to know: 1. Did we accomplish our goals/outcomes for the quarter? 2. What goals did we accomplish and how did we do that? 3. What goals we didn't accomplish and why we didn't accomplish those goals? 4. What we have learned throughout this past quarter? This is a must for each quarter... we must spend some time in discovering actually how this last quarter panned out, because when we do, we can get so clear on where we are headed for the next three months. How we are going to evaluate the quarter is by breaking it down into the months. Step 1 1. What were your goals for the end of the quarter? Write out your answer for what your goals were for the quarter. Step 2 1. What were your goals for the end of the July? 2. What goals did you accomplish in July? 3. How did you accomplish these goals? 4. What goals didn't you accomplish in July? 5. Why didn't you accomplish these goals in July? Step 3 1. What were your goals for the end of the August? 2. Finishing Strong When It Counts
What a week we have had! Actually I am not sure about you, but this quarter has absolutely flown by. So the question I have for you is have you accomplished your goals for this quarter or are you going to let them slip by? This week the lesson learned here we are focusing on is **Finishing Strong When It Counts.** This has been a big quarter especially if you when through the Half Time Series and set out your goals for the rest of this year and this current quarter. But will you accomplish your goals? Here is a way for you to finish strong this quarter by doing this activity step below. It will really help you. **Step 1** Divide you note book into 3 columns. **Step 2** At top of column 1 - write 'GOALS' At top of column 2 - write 'CAN THIS BE ACCOMPLISHED' At the top of column 3 - write 'WHAT ACTIONS MUST I DO TO COMPLETE' **Step 3** In column 1 - write out all of your goals. **Step 4** In column 2 - put a tick if you can accomplish by end of the quarter or cross if you can't accomplish by the end of this quarter. **Step 5** In column 3 - write out the action steps that must be done to accomplish each goal. Important to note that you may not achieve all of your goals you have set out, some of them may take longer than you think.  It won't mean you are a failure, it will mean that the the bigger goals will take longer to get there. Teaching Kids Life Long Skills
It is so important to teach our kids in the world the skills that will help them in their life. How can we help our kids learn valuable skills in their life, without them realizing that they are actually learning something (especially when they are adverse to learning)? How can we give them a skill they will have forever and be able to do forever which will give them confidence? A skill like READING when they are adverse to reading, don't like it, hate reading or refuse to even learn to read? In this episode I will share with you how my mother was able to engage her granddaughter (my 7 year old niece) who I call "Little Miss 7" to read. Little Miss 7 refused to do homework, participate in class and would not be open to learning how to read, even when the Principle of the school spent time with her previously to help. I won't share what happened here, but if you listen to the episode I break down exactly what happened. And perhaps it may help you with your kids or kid who is refusing to learn. Half Time Series Part 1 - Life Categories Evaluation
Half time has arrived! Here we are in the middle of the year. And what do we do when we reach half time in a game? We reflect back on the last half to identify what is working and what is not working. Therefore this is what we are going to look at today. We are going to look at all the categories in your life. Let's begin to evaluate your life here below. Life Categories Health Emotional Health Mental Health Family Partner/Friends Lifestyle Energy Health Finances (Your Treasure) Growth (Learning) Self Care Step 1 In this step you want to rate each category from 1 to 5. 1 = awful 5 = incredible List out each life category from above and give it a rating between 1 and 5. Accepting Change
This is a really hard thing to do is to accept change. When things change what happens? We feel awkward and uncomfortable. We feel out of sorts and we are not so sure where we fit into the mix. The Challenges Of Life
Life has it's challenges and we get tested everyday. If you look at life, life is the same as a sports game. If you really look at the detail. In life we learn so much about what we do in the day, the same as what we do when we play sport. Communicating Better With Your Partner
We are all different, we think differently, we believe different things, we talk differently... everything we do is just that bit different from everyone. However, especially when we have a partner in our lives, boyfriend, girlfriend, wife, husband or a close friend, we what to understand them better... because once we understand them better, we can communicate with them better. How we do that is that we want to communicate to our partners on their level of understanding, how they think... not on how we think and our preferred lines of communication. Sole Focused Versus Soul Focused
Sole is being on your own - you are the only one. Nothing wrong with that, so I am not knocking it. However we do want to look at something bigger than ourselves, be part of something bigger. We are social beings, we want to belong we want to contribute but when it is just one, one is just not enough. Of course it starts with one, but when we are with more people who are aligned with us and when we come together we can be so much more powerful. Belonging to something greater is amazing for our soul. Nature works so much better with a collaboration versus just one single entity. We have the opportunity to transform ourselves into something amazing when we are part of something so much bigger than us. Crafting Your Language
 The last episode we spoke about the language in which you speak. Saying the same thing over and over again, especially if it is negative, it can have a negative effect. The opposite occurs if spoke in a positive language. What if you gave yourself a whole new language in words in which you speak? The Language You Use
Did you know that the language you use, the words that you use can excite you or depress you? Even make you feel indifferent? It can cause you to take action or can cause you to do nothing. Where Were You This Time Last Year?

However in this particular episode we are looking at where you were this time last year.  Interesting when we look back 12 months ago to see where we were in life and if anything has changed? You Can't Get Someone To Do Your Push Ups For You
When we are striving towards our dreams and goals, it would be great to get someone else to do them for us - like outsource for example. But at the end of the day, we have to do the work. It's like wanting a strong muscular fit body and expecting someone else to do the work for us. They do all the push ups, all the strength training, the cardio workouts and eat right, then we expect to get the results. In the real world, that is not the reality. Do You Want Everything Yesterday
For you to get to where you want to go, where you want to be in your life - there is a gap! You may also feel desperate to get out of the situation you are in! I want you to look at the big picture. At times we get caught up too much in the being busy, what we are doing and not come up for air to see what we are actually working towards. No Purpose Means Completely Lost
It doesn't matter who you are, such as male, female, where you live, what you do for work, sport, business or career... IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PURPOSE - YOU WILL BE LOST! In this episode we look at what happens when you don't have a purpose, what type of decisions you make when you are lost and how you tend to drift along and go through the motions. You will also hear what happens when your habits are not benefiting you, that is, you have bad habits and how they lead to no goals, no motivation and just drifting. You haven't failed if you haven't achieved your goals in the last quarter, sometimes they take longer than 3 months to complete, but the important thing is not to give up, re-evaluate and then move forward onto the plan how you will achieve them. This comes up with most people, they find it hard to focus when under pressure. There are many types of pressure such as; sports pressure work pressure relationship pressure business pressure school pressure peer pressure financial pressure But the key here is knowing how to respond to the pressure to ensure you are focused and performing under the pressure, not crumbling! Answer these questions to identify what happens to you when you are struggling to focus. What happens when you can't focus? What kind of emotions come up for you when you struggle to focus? Why are you feeling these emotions? Once you have discovered what happens to you when you are struggling to focus, we are now going to solve this problem. Don't Accept That's The Way It Is!
Do not be all means accept that 'that is the way it is!' Don't let someone else's limitation be your limitation! When I was younger (13 years old) I found that because of the way I saw myself, low self esteem, poor opinion of myself I allowed other people's opinions affect my decisions about my world. You may have experienced this or you may be experiencing this now. But in this episode we look at how you can move through this - as we don't want to be limited by someone else's limited beliefs and thoughts, as they are their thoughts and beliefs.. not your thoughts and beliefs. Are Your Goals Too Small?
Why I ask this question "are your goals too small" is because when we set a goal sometimes we look at what we want but it's really to get out of the situation we are in. I remember a few years ago - I was incredibly unhappy where I was working, I didn't get along with work colleagues for various reasons and there was a lot of negativity and toxicity in the environment I was working in. How To Have Amazing Relationships
When I refer here 'how to have amazing relationships', what I mean is that how you can have amazing relationships with anyone in your life, not just your partner, boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife, friends, parents, work colleagues, teachers... anyone who is in your life. And this is really getting to know and understanding the people in your life. Once you know them and you understand them, you will know how to best communicate with them. How can you best communicate with them? I did a quiz on the 5 Love Languages (by Gary Chapman) website recently. And the reason I did this because I wanted to understand me and also whether this quiz was accurate. In by doing this I identified somewhat, how I liked best to be communicated from for example my husband.. Even though this is called the 5 Love Languages I believe it is a great communication tool for you to understand best ways to communicate with those around you, once you have identified what their languages of priority are. Poor Self Talk Will Always Stop You
Did you know that poor self talk will always stop you? In a nutshell, when you don't reach your expectations of yourself, you will make a number of negative comments to you.  This is most likely what you tend to do. Put yourself down Tell yourself how bad you are Tell yourself you are not good enough Tell yourself that you are a joke and you shouldn't bother Tell yourself "see I told you, you can't do it." And so on. If this type of self talk continues it will be detrimental. You will need to change that. But how? Here are 4 Simple Steps to Get You Started. 1. Awareness - be aware that you are talking to yourself poorly. 2. Stop - by being aware tell yourself immediately to stop speaking that way. 3. Develop a new phrase - "I am working on improving everything I do!" 4. Repetition - every time you notice that you are speaking negatively to yourself - repeat the process. Who Wins You Or Your Sport?
If you play sport it can be incredible frustrating especially if you are not seeing the results you want to see. But, if you are not seeing the results and you are frustrated - why is there frustration? There will be reasons why this is happening. Majority of the time when you are not seeing the results - do you give up or do you just keep going? This is what usually happens when you are not getting the results in your sport that you would like to get. 1. No practice 2. Not working on drills 3. Don't practice under pressure 4. Don't practice on the course/field/court/pool/arena 5. Don't work on mindset 6. Don't have coaching 7. No attention to detail 8. Not working on specific skills 9. Poor Self talk. Reality is you can solve your problem! Question to ask yourself:  Why do you play your sport? Being Realistic What You Can Do
When you read this title I do not mean "don't go after your big goals!" Of course I want you to go after your big goals and never stop pursuing them. The problem we have is being realistic what we can accomplish what we can do in just one day. If you have a big goal, like massively huge goal then you are going to need to be realistic with what you can achieve in the day. In this episode I break down what you will need to focus on.  Here below are your 5 Steps to Focus on to make sure your big goal happens. Swim Faster Than A Shark
This episode is focused on how to prepare for a swimming race for an 11 year old and how visualisation was a key factor in the success. My niece wanted to get into the Zone trials for her swimming a few weeks ago at her school swimming carnival. And she was worried about how she would do, so this is what we worked on at the Swimming Carnival prior to her upcoming race. We created a Pre Swim Routine and A Plan for her once she was in the pool. Remember here we are working with an 11 year old and not an adult, so they see the world very different to how we see it. 3 Steps to The Swim Plan In Swimming Carnival 1. Pre Swim Chant - eg. "I am strong and powerful" 2. Swim Plan on The Blocks - "I am going hard and as fast as I can until I hit the wall" 3. Go For It! It worked great for her however she took it a step further this past weekend gone at another Swim Carnival which she got personal best times for each race. My niece worked on her visualisation technique (as I would call it). This is what she said to me when I asked if she did the same as we worked on the previous week, "Aunty Tiff I added something else in, I pretended a shark was chasing me down the pool!"  I said "Perfect!"  It shows you how powerful you can be when you want to achieve something, you stay in the moment, visualize so that you can perform better in the moment.    Leave a comment what you liked best about what you heard today. Forever Leaving Neverland
I felt that I had to record this today. It's been playing on my mind over the weekend since I watched HBO's Leaving Neverland Documentary. I don't know what to believe but all I can do is share here today what I see. What we do know is this; 1. It was difficult to watch (if you are a Michael Jackson Fan, incredibly difficult to watch) 2. It is Jimmy Safechuck and Wade Robson's word against Michael Jackson. 3. Michael Jackson is no longer alive to defend himself. People who have been through abuse themselves will be able to relate to this, because they have been through it too therefore they can understand. Not only that they understand, they can see patterns. What are the patterns we have seen? 1. Michael over the years had numerous boys whom he hung around with - played with etc. 2. Girls were also invited to the Neverland Ranch. 3. Michael would invite many children over to the Neverland Ranch to have a great time. 4. Michael would focus on one child for a period of time (a boy) and that boy would generally be aged under 14 years of age. (Now we can argue that Michael never had a childhood and his is (was) just a little boy on the inside, that's what I have been saying and agreeing with over the last 20 plus years). But what was the Obsession Michael had over Each Boy? * Michael always had a focus on one boy for a period of time - why? * That boy would be the everything to Michael and Michael would be 'that everything' to the boy (why wouldn't he be - Michael was the King Of Pop). * Then Michael would move on to another boy. (was it that the boy got too old and was growing up?) - we don't know. This is what I do Know - What I see. * I saw patterns of Michael focusing on just one boy for a period of time. * It was pure focus on that boy (no one else). * He built a relationship with the family, do everything for the family, build trust. * He would take them to his inner circle. * He would make them feel like they are the only person that exists, makes them feel special. * He was virtually untouchable. * Other well known celebrities such as Elvis Presley (with Priscilla - 14 year old girl moved in with Elvis), Tiger Woods and his infidelities (whilst married)... the fact that these guys were untouchable, above the law so to speak. Tiger admitted in a press conference that he thought he was untouchable. The Patterns of Behaviour in "Leaving Neverland" brought up so much for me. Not that I was abused as a child, never! But as a grown women and seeking the love, wanting to be loved by someone, especially my ex boyfriend made me completely aware of patterns. I explain it all in detail in this episode about what I experienced from a controlling boyfriend who dictated everything that went on. Looking back at that relationship I wonder "how in the hell did I even let that happen?" This was over 15 years ago. We don't know what happened behind closed doors between Michael Jackson, Wade Robson and Jimmy Safechuck, only these men do. And unfortunately Michael cannot prove as he is no longer with us. But what I do know is that if something doesn't feel right, be aware, get advice and talk to someone, preferably a professional in counselling or some one of that nature. Sweet Cravings Anonymous 2.0
Ah if you you are like me, you may like the sweet taste sensation on the taste buds. But what I was finding was that I was enjoying them a bit too much. In this episode we are going to work out a strategy to take back control of the sweet craving versus the sweet craving taking control. The 5 Step Process Working on Taking Control 1. Routines Are Everything
There is a saying that we are 'creatures of habit'. But what we want to do in this episode is work out the right routines that will work for you. What are routines? * They are a Series of actions.  For example - brushing your teeth, your morning routine, your work routine, your evening routine and so on. What To Do When Things Get Tough
What do you do when things get tough? Do you find that you; *Put yourself down *Tell yourself that you are not good enough *Remind yourself by saying "told you I couldn't do it" *Remind yourself by saying "you will never get there" Then you would break down, give up for a while and then try again. But, what would happen when you hit the wall again? The same words! In this episode we look at why this happens, why you put yourself down and never think you are good enough... and then we look at how you can turn it around with these 4 action steps. #100 Learning To Say NO!
Learning to say NO is difficult if you are a person who likes to please people. You tend to put everyone else first. What happens though when you say yes to everyone, you put yourself last, but over time you can get annoyed because you are too busy looking after others and neglecting yourself. And you are not doing nor accomplishing the things that you want to achieve. Are you in control of your destiny? Or is someone else? It's important to set boundaries and really look at what you are doing. Are you working towards your long term vision or is it a short term gain? Here are some actions for you to consider; 1. Yes that's right I have this sweet habit and at times I feel as though I am possessed by the devil! #93 What Are Your Current Beliefs?
In the previous episode we had a look at your current results and when we have a reality check they can at times be scary!!! I too have been a bit cruisy especially when I did a hard look at myself over the past few months. The plan was to just focus on extra income and take a mental break over the christmas and new year period but looking back it was three months ago I go into that cruisy mode. I was talking with a Uni Student last week and he wanted to get a job in marketing... but as things unfolded it wan't the type of job he was actually looking for to work. I talk about what happened for him with discovering what happened with this job, how upset he became and how he can re-frame and get what he wants. I have had many people tell me that they want to improve in their sport etc, they want it but it seems to just stay in their head. I am curious to know what is holding them back from moving forward and achieving what they want... What I have discovered are a few points where I feel that people aren't willing to; 1. Figure out what is truly holding them back. 2. Create a plan to get what they want. 3. And follow that plan.
