Margaritas, Gimlets and Comedy with Kristin Carnes
This is the first time recording with video (watch for a separate release announcement on the video version), so you hear me talking a bit about lighting in the beginning.
Whiskey and Soda with Mike "Stu the Piano Guy" Stoinski
Sangria with Sarah Kovach
Sarah Kovach owns Wink beauty salon in Pleasant Prairie, WI, and is one of the funniest people I know. She showed me how she makes Sangria and we proceeded to drink copious amounts of it...and near then end you can tell. You will definitely be entertained by this episode as we talk about dealing with her business being shut down, how she found out she has a new dad, and bleaching the nether parts of peoples bodies.
Beer, Gin and New Orleans Jazz with Big Joe Kennedy
Joe and I talked about how he's really enjoying his time at home with his wife and daughter during the quarantine. We also discuss his career, including playing on the Las Vegas strip, cruise ships, and how he wound up in New Orleans. He also plays a fun, suggestive (OK, it's pretty dirty when you use just a tiny bit of imagination) song that he wrote for a burlesque show he plays in.
Big Joe Kennedy is a fantastic New Orleans singer and pianist, who started out in Racine, Wisconsin. Be sure to check out his website, where you can find and buy his albums and other merchandise.
Sour Apple Schnapps, Rum & Coke and Comedy with Jordan Pauley
Join me as I talk to Kenosha comedian Jordan about running online open mic, his life in comedy, and whatever thoughts wander through our heads.
Jordan Pauley is a comedian and photographer, and runs a weekly comedy open mic at Public Craft Brewing in downtown Kenosha. Jordan also runs Crimson Jester Productions and has produced several comedy & music shows in the area.
WARNING: This episode (like all of my podcast episodes) contains adult language and humor.
Whiskey, Vodka and the Blues with Ivy Ford
Meet Ivy Ford, Chicago's Blues Kitten! Ivy is a growing star in blues music, and has accomplished an amazing amount in a short amount of time. We talk about how she got into it, what she's doing now, and her hopes for the future.
Be sure to check out Ivy's website, where you can buy her music! She also has information on how you can catch her online concerts.
Vodka on the Rocks and Bloody Mary's with Liam Maxwell
I talk to my friend Liam about working from home, and how this crisis will likely change the workplace landscape, as well as commercial real estate. We also talk about music and his amazingly athletic dog.
Old Fashioned's and Beer with Britton Smith
Tim and Britton discuss the coronavirus pandemic, how Britton and his family dealing with are dealing with it, a slight hint at a conspiracy theory, beer and wine making, and community.
This is my first attempt using Skype to connect with my guest. So the audio quality isn't great, but the conversation is. Originally I was going to include video, but I decided just to use audio for now until I get to be more savvy with the editing software (and get better software). So there are a few references to things onscreen which you won't be able to see. Too bad, because the kitten is as cute as can be.
Bear with me, I will improve as I go.
