Currently, Catlin is working as a blended learning coach, education consultant, and professor in the Masters of Arts in Teaching program at Pepperdine University.

In this episode John interviews Dr. Joe Sanfelippo.  Dr. Sanfelippo is the Superintendent of the Fall Creek School District in Fall Creek, WI. The Fall Creek School District was named an Innovative District in 2016 and 2017 by the International Center for Leadership in Education.

• Joe holds a BA in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from St. Norbert College, a MS in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a MS in Educational Leadership, and a PhD in Leadership, Learning, and Service from Cardinal Stritch University.
• He is also an adjunct professor in the Educational Leadership Department at Viterbo University. Joe has taught Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, and 5th Grade.
• Joe was also a school counselor and high school coach prior to taking on an elementary principal position in 2005.  He has served as a principal in suburban and rural Wisconsin.

Dr.  Adams has over 20 years of experience in public education in Temple ISD. Her educational experiences include Executive Director of Secondary Education, Hector P. Garcia Elementary Principal, Secondary Instructional Coach, Lamar Middle School Assistant Principal, Instructional Specialist, and Middle School teacher. Dr.  Adams received her Bachelor’s of Arts from Texas A&M University, a Master’s of Educational Administration from Tarleton State University, and her doctorate from Texas A&M University in Educational Leadership.

Nayibe Sula is a 5th Grade bilingual teacher at Hector P. Garcia Elementary Temple. Nayibe demonstrates her passion for building relationships with her students and describes the impact blending learning has had on her bilingual students.

In this episode we discuss blended learning with Ashley Hine, 5th Grade Teacher at Raye-Allen Elementary in Temple ISD (Temple, TX). She talks with us about her journey the past two+ years as she has transformed her classroom.
