Episode 8: Racism and anti-depressants
Hi there! In this episode, I am talking about racism, specifically against Asian people. In lieu of the terrorist attack in Atlanta, where 8 people were killed, six of those being Asian, it feels only natural to talk about it. I also talk about an experience I have had about going down a dose in my anti-depressants and what changes that brought.

Episode 7: Growing up female
Hiya! In today's episode I got a bit passionate and angry about different experiences that I have had and will continue to have because of the gender I was assigned with at birth, i.e. female. This is not the gender that I identify as, however, I found that it was important to start a conversation about how many things in the every day life that happens to anyone identifying as female or are being perceived as female, and how damaging it can be for the overall health of a person.
Episode 6: Happiness
Hiya! This is the first episode of 2021! And in today's episode I am talking about happiness, and the twisted way society has taught us to think about being happy. I hope you enjoy!
Episode 5: Manifesting a calm New Year
Hiya! The 5th episode is all about manifesting the calm vibes and energies into the new year that is 2021! I will be talking about the "New Year, New Me" mantra, realising that you sometimes gotta call yourself out and just in general about how we can all enter the new year with calmer and less expecting vibes! Enjoy and happy New Year!!
