Titterpigs – The TTRPG Podcast

By Titterpigs

Titterpigs is a podcast dedicated to the discussion of tabletop roleplaying games. Ironically, it's also the acronym for the commonly used #ttrpgs hashtag. Hosts Scott and Keith will dig their way into your eardrums and infect your brainpan. They're out to prove they have no idea what we are doing, but that won't stop them! With nearly 70 years of gaming experience between them, they have a few opinions. More importantly, they seek to be positive goodwill ambassadors for the hobby.

EP. 17 - Alternate History in Gaming with Ken Hite
The Titterpigs get a quick education about Alt-History in Gaming with the indisputable, Ken Hite. Author of such fantastic games like The Fall of Delta Green, Trail of Cthulhu, and Night's Black Agents.  It was an absolute joy, albeit a tad intimidating, to have such a prolific power house of our hobby on our humble little podcast and we look forward to having Ken on again real soon.  We hope you enjoy the episode. :-) You can find most of Ken's recent works here:   https://pelgranepress.com/ http://www.sjgames.com/ https://www.worldofdarkness.com/ You can also find him on his podcast with Robin D. Ep. 16 - Player Etiquette and Conduct
Ep. 16 - Player Etiquette and Conduct
Show us on the GM screen where the players hurt you! :-P We are back with episode 16 to discuss the opposite side of coin game when it comes to game table civility and decorum, the players. It is something that is not discussed as much as the Game Master's responsibility at the table and it is something that is quite often overlooked or excused when it comes to their faux pas. We feel that just isn't right and have come to bring to your attention some of those issues and what you can do to be a more conscientious player, not just towards your GM but to your fellow players around you.   Episode Intro by Dr. Mitch. Ep. 15 - All Things Shiver: Role-Playing Tales in the Strange & Unknown with Charlie Menzies of Parable Games
We had a delightful conversion with Charlie about his introduction to RPGs, the initial beginnings of what would become Shiver, making games more accessible and easier to read and understand for dyslexic and other process challenged gamers, and the new levels of excitement both he and his brother are taking Shiver to next. All that and many other things as we do here on Titterpigs. Ep. 13 - The Potential Critical Hits and Fumbles of OneDnD
The Titterpigs are back after some downtime and so, what better way to stretch out our dormant podcasting muscles than with speculating and garnering opinions about the WotC's OneDnD announcement. After doing a little catch up, we touch briefly upon the playtest, but focus more so on the potential boons and banes of there direction we think OneDnD may be going and postulate on how it could affect the hobby overall.  Episode Intro by Dr. Mitch.
