This podcast and the companion blog of the same name are focused on helping White and Blue Belts on their path of learning Jiu-Jitsu. I share my experiences; the helpful things I've learned along the way, the bumps, the bruises, successes and failures, serious moments and the many times I've just had to laugh at myself and keep moving forward.
