Hahaha what is with these last few messages I have been leaving behind? Well honestly, you are probably going to be hearing more of them, and when you hear today's podcast, I think you will have a better understanding as to why my last so many messages have been having a sort of negative tone to them.

Hahahaha I just realized the these last two message I have left behind to you Luna sound like I am talking about negative stuff if you were to look at just the title, but that is not what this is about. Instead I want to tell you what I think would be the best tool(s) to help you navigate some of the negative stuff we have to deal with in life. So lets talk about disagreements and how you can better navigate them. I love you Luna!

Hey everyone! The title in this podcast is not clickbait. I have recently, within the last month, been going through a lot personally and that fact has caused me to go through multiple emotional states of mind every so often. Most of those feelings were negative for such a long time, until last week, something came to my mind that changed all of that. I'm now doing good, so please don't worry, and in today's podcast I share my thoughts on all of this.

Luna stress is something we all have to deal with at some points in our lives. Your father is going through that right now, but don't worry...He is going to be alright! But I do want to talk to you about stress and how your father tries his hardest to minimize his stress as he gets older. I love you so much and you have been so amazing during these stressful times for your father and mother. It means so much for us!

Luna you are the best daughter a father could ever have....I want you to always remember that. You will also have to excuse me getting emotional in the end, but I mean when you listen to why, I think you will know why it was hard for me to keep the tears back. I love you so much!!! Let's talk about goals! 

First you will have to excuse the first two minutes of this podcast. I forgot to adjust the sensitivity of my mic, so it might be a little louder than normal but its not too loud, just not the level I usually record at. Secondly I want to apologize about how late this message is coming out, but I do address that in this podcast as well. Today I talk about the weird reality that exist for me and many other first generation Americans, in which I am 100% genetically Latino, but at the same time I just don't act anything like someone that was born in a Latin Country. 

Luna I am sorry...This message is being recorded late, and in the spirit of that fact, I will be talking to you about something your father and mother are bad at sometimes. And that fact is that we are sometimes late to things, but you'll be proud of what has helped us in recent times. We love you so much Luna!!!!!

Four hundred and eleven podcast...I was able to record that many before finally coming to an end and it has been a blast from the very beginning. In this message to you, I break down why I ended my daily podcast, what my new schedule will be (Wednesday Normal Podcast and Sunday Message to My Daughter), and a solid thank you to all of you that have been listening to me for however long you have been. This podcast isn't going anywhere because it means so much to me, and its because of that fact that I chose to make this change. Catch you all this Sunday for my message to my daughter or next Wednesday for my first weekly longer recording!

I recently got into watching more of those detailed videos by the New York Times I talked about in my podcast about the insurrection that occurred in the Capital. One of the videos caught my attention because it was related to something that occurred where I live, and affected a lot of people I know. That's the Las Vegas Shooting....

Sometimes I look back and wonder what other jobs or professions I should have taken before getting to this point in my life, and this one I talk about today is one that comes to mind more than any other idea...

For the average person possibly making it a goal to make it to space. Traveling to space is getting safer and safer as we progress forward in time and one thing that proved that point is an event that happened today. So lets talk about it!

This movie is definitely going on my top five list of movies I could easily rewatch over and over again....Can you guess which movie I am talking about?

Ok so now it's getting bad out there if I am here from friends and family that they have been vaccinated fully and are still catching Covid-19, and the reason for that is because of a new variant that made its way to here. That variant is called Delta.....

Las Vegas is possibly going to break multiple records this week....just like they did last week. Parts of Canada reached temperatures as high as above 100 degrees Fahrenheit. It is no secret I plan on moving out of Las Vegas in the future but the current climate situation has me confused on some places I thought about moving to..... 

I have been recording my daily podcast for well over a year now, but I still don't know what I am expecting ultimately for the future of this podcast....Hahaha don't worry I'm not leaving but these are my thoughts.

Because somehow in this podcast, I randomly want to talk about something I kind of always wanted to start sometime in my lifetime and that is some sort of restaurant/cafe/food truck.

Earlier this week I was the lucky recipient of a special little bug called the stomach flu. If you have ever had it, you will know just how bad it can get when you have it. We are all fortunate that this disease tends to have a very short period of causing you to feel like death. So in this podcast I talk about my two only experiences going through having the stomach flu.

And sadly we still won't know if aliens have visited us, but now there's more interest in the subject. Oh you are wondering what I am talking about? I'm talking about the UAP Report that was being worked up by the Department of Defense to keep Congress informed on the recent sightings of unidentified flying objects in our airspace. So let's dive into it!

It is sad to hear about what happened today in Miami....

When I was a kid I only watched the first three movies, and remembered that I never liked the Harry Potter Universe....So after making an arrangement with my wife, I finally watched the whole movie series. This is what I thought of it....

So an investigative report from ITV News out of the UK found out that a warehouse in Scotland was caught throwing away upwards of 100,000 unsold items a week. Why???? Well let's answer that question....

Ok this podcast is 90% not about Father's Day, but I don't want to share something as a click bait title when referring to something I heard this week that has kept my mind distracted, which I feel has affected this podcast. But either way, I do want to wish all the dads out there a Happy Father's Day!

Not going to lie, I have been looking to get a larger vehicle than what I have currently because I know my wife and I are looking to increase the size of our family sometime soon. Bet you couldn't guess what vehicle I have in mind...

It has always been a sad reality that something I should be reading about in history books is still occurring now, and what I am referring to is racism, especially to black people in the United States. Today is another small step, one too many since this should be over by now, but is a small step in acknowledging and rectifying this dark period in our current history.

So recently a new space for people to express themselves has taken off, and recently Spotify announced their form of this new way to communicate with an audience. I am actually excited for this because it seems like there will be seamless integration between their new app, Greenroom, and Anchor, the platform I use to upload my podcast. The west coast of the United States is about to have one of its hottest weeks it has ever had this week, and I can already tell you that the temperature outside is going to be some of the hottest since I have lived here in Las Vegas...

So I have owned my current hydroponic system, the Aerogarden Bounty Elite, for almost an entire year, and since then I have not changed the herbs that I initially grew when I purchased my Aerogarden. But now I am in a dilemma, and in today's podcast I share what that dilemma is.

So if you have ever had surgery, a burn, cut or some form of trauma to your skin, you know that one of the things you have to deal with is itchiness in the region where the trauma occurred. But me being me, I start talking about how this is affecting me and evolve the conversation to something completely different....

So I rarely watch talent shows because I know I would get hooked to them if I started watching them, but my wife today showed me a clip of a singer that came on stage at America's Got Talent. I have heard so many singers over the years, so I was kind of not in the mood to watch another one, but when my wife emphasized for me to watch the clip, I reluctantly watched. Man I felt horrible about that reluctance though because this woman, Nightbirde, is not only an amazing singer but also a beautiful person. I got emotional watching the clip and learning her story.
