Spread Hope Like Fire

By The Spread Hope Like Fire Foundation Hosted by Anthony Garcia MFT

In 2017 Anthony Garcia MFT, launched a simple podcast, openly speaking about his mental health struggles. From that point on Spread Hope Like Fire has reached far and wide over the years encouraging others that suffer from mental health disorders, to seek treatment. Since 2017, the podcast has grown into a movement to break the stigma on mental health. Anthony feels so strongly that he has launched The Spread Hope Like Fire Foundation, a nonprofit that is working towards helping those that suffer in silence.
