Anthony asked John to come onto the podcast to speak about what happens when a family tragedy hits home and how to recover from the trauma. We talk about what mental illness can do to someone on the brink and how we can prevent harm. John shares his brother’s tragic story of murder and suicide in hopes to help prevent this tragedy from happening to another family. Anthony and John talk about childhood trauma, and how the professional wrestling business played a hand in both John and Anthony’s life and how pro wrestling built a bond of brotherhood between them. THE GIRL WHO KICKED THE HORNETS' NESTOR
Sitting down and being able to chat with Nestor has been absolutely mind blowing. The last time I had him on the show life was much different, we were much different. I am amazed at the man my friend has become. He exemplifies what I've been talking about with breaking the generational cycling and doing better by raising a family that instills great resilience, strength, communication, and love to name a few.
