Disclaimer- We realise that gender can be a difficult subject to talk about both in life and in Quadball. The aim of this episode is to have an open and constructive discussion so we can look at the issue and think of ways that we can improve our sport for everyone involved. The speakers mean for no ill-intent to come from this discussion but hope by having discussions like this, it can help us understand each other better going forward. As a podcast, we would be very interested in having an episode about gender non-conformity in the sport to provide some balance to this discussion.
