When you have so many deadlines ahead of you, you tend to have more sleepless and restless nights. Unfortunately, these prevent you from achieving consistent law school bedtime routine and sleeping pattern. Eventually, these result to sleep deprivation in the long run that can jeopardize both your productivity and well-being.
Establishing a consistent bedtime routine as a busy law student can be a challenging task in the beginning, but it doesn't mean this is not doable. Listen up as I give some tips and tricks that I used myself to correct my sleeping pattern. They aren't guaranteed to work for everyone, but there is no harm in trying, right?

If only I had a time machine, I’d definitely use one to correct some of the mishaps I had committed in the early years of my law school life.
