Many profess to abide in the doctrine of the Apostles because they preach Acts 2:38, but many times, those who preach Acts 2:38 neglect to preach Acts 2:22-36. These verses are crucial because it provides Bible readers with an understanding of who Jesus Christ is, and why the question  "Men and Brethren What Shall We Do?" in Acts 2V37 was posed. Unless readers can understand why they asked that question, they cannot understand Peter's monumental response in Acts 2:38. 

"Therefore let all the  house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom  ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ." Acts 2:36

1 Thessalonians 2:11-12:

"And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness."

In Matthew 7:21, Jesus Christ stated that many will come to him and say "Lord, Lord." As believers we are commanded to endure in truth and obey the commandments of the Lord. However, getting off track and getting caught up in the world causes a believer to become stagnant in their spiritual maturity and inevitably causes them to become Lukewarm. Also, many believers possess a form of godliness but deny the power thereof. They appear godly to their peers, but behind closed doors they are a different person.

The Scripture states in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 to pray without ceasing., but many in the body of the Messiah struggle in fulfilling that command. This segment is primarily for those who lack that intimacy and prayer life with the Lord. Those who are striving daily to live right and know they believe in the  Son of God Christ Jesus, but yet struggle with locating that secret place and praying to the most High. Nevertheless, the discussion of the necessity of prayer is raised.

This segment discusses how many believers and congregations have bowed to the government and have forsaken the Lord for safety from men. Many have lost focus of the Kingdom of God and have got caught up in the present events of this world.

This episode discussed the necessity for those who are indulging in a lifestyle of sin and those who are 'Lukewarm' to wake up and seek the most High through Jesus Christ.
