Ultrarunner Terri Biloski
Terri Biloski, ultramarathoner, has been running for twenty five years and ultrarunning for sixteen years. Terri has journeyed at least fifty ultramarathons over that course of time, in which at least ten of those ultramarathons are 100 miles or further. Terri's most substantial ultramarathons are the Great Virtual Race Across Tennessee (GVRAT) created by the infamous Lazarus Lake or Gary Cantrell, in which Terri was the fastest human to complete this 1000 kilometre virtual challenge over the span of 11 days and 20 hours amongst 40,000 participants. Terri also has participated in the six day Across The Years organized by Aravaipa Running, in which she travelled 300 miles (483 kilometres) throughout this journey. Tune in to hear all about these adventures and gain valuable insights from Terri, a truly wonderful human being and extraordinary ultramarathoner.

The Triple Crown Under/Project24 with Thibault Delacroix
Thibault "The Nomad Runner" Delacroix is back and he has some BIG PLANS for 2024. Read below and please help Thibault reach his dream goal to complete the Triple Crown Under!
Run WILD!
What is Project24:
Hi, my name is Thibault Delacroix and I’m a French man living in Australia. I spent the last 2
years in Tasmania running as much as I could, I was determined to train properly for long
distance and this resulted in me finishing the Tassie Trail Fest 1oo mile race in 1st position 2
years in a row.
My goal was to break the 24h mark. The 1st year I finished with a time of 24:52:34. After this I
trained harder and smarter and the 2nd year I finally did it and finished with a time of 23:23:43.
Now I feel ready to go even bigger and want to aim for 200 miles. After doing some research
for races on the mainland, I discovered the title of “TripleCrownunder” and Project24 was
born.
TripleCrownunder consists of completing 3x 200mile races within a year.
For Australia, the races are:
• The Delirious WEST 200 miler February 2024,
• The Irrational SOUTH 200 miler April 2024,
• The Unreasonable EAST 200 miler August 2024

FREE CANDY! - Now That We Have Your Attention...
Meet Rachel Murray.
How many of us eat crap food as a reward for putting a hard effort out on the trails, road, or track? Do you prefer eating a big slice of cake or mowing down a huge bowl of pasta as an "I earned this" treat? In this introduction to a several part mini-series on sugar addiction, Rachel and I discuss what sugar addiction is, why it's hard to overcome, and why many of us may not see as a problem.
- Email your sugar/nutrition related questions for Rachel trailtalesarp@gmail.com to be answered in our mini-series
Rachel has a quick self-assessment that she goes over on the show, make sure to take note of the questions, answer honestly and see if you might want to dig a bit deeper with Rachel to see if you have a problem with sugar.

“You don’t get over an addiction by stopping using. You recover by creating a new life where it is easier not to use. If you don’t create a new life, then all the factors that brought you to your addiction will catch up with you.”
