Travel Worth Living

By Seth Sutherland
Travel Worth Living is a candid look at the world of travel through the eyes of those who love it most. I sit down and have conversations with people who are experiencing a locality that most never experience, or who have extensive stories from traveling the globe. I want this podcast to be an honest, light-hearted, yet inspiring conversation about how we can experience travel that is truly worth living.

In this episode I get to talk with a journalist/photographer from Western Australia. To put that into perspective, in the time it takes to listen to this episode, animal poachers will have killed three more elephants. The rangers who are fighting against this horrific tragedy go through rigorous training and are incredibly skilled at what they do. Ep. 5 | Curtis Sutherland - Experiencing Korea
In this episode I get to talk with Curtis Sutherland, who also happens to be my dad. Right now he’s working as an Army chaplain in South Korea, providing spiritual support to the American troops but also helping them discover more of the Korean culture through local tours. Just as a word of caution, we dig into some war history that may not be suitable for young listeners and discuss some food items that may not be suitable for those with queasy stomachs. That being said however, there are so many great stories in this episode; we briefly cover some of the places we’ve lived over the years and then talk a lot about Korean history and culture. To learn more about my dad's tour company, visit his Instagram account @laaf_travels or watch some video tours at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLcSuuLzSSLbYFbijU2AubA This episode was made possible by Trippaly, an online tour site that fosters authentic cross-cultural connections.
