We had a great conversation with a couple of our campus counselors, Mindy Hancock and Lindsey Richard from the Intermediate and High School, about anxiety and education. They take a deep dive into the more personal side of being an educator, parent, spouse and other high pressure roles that we live in during these times. They give practical ways to deal with anxiety and show us that it's ok to step back and breath.
