LITT S2 E09 Part 2 A Stunning Informative Strong Link Found Among Top Lifestyle Diseases
Did you know that T2 Diabetes, heart disease, and obesity typically have Insulin Resistance in common? It’s quite fascinating actually! Hyperinsulinemia is a term that means a person’s body has higher levels of insulin than normal. Despite having more insulin, the body does not respond any better to insulin’s directions. This makes a human insulin resistant. Most adult Americans have hyperinsulinemia. Join us as we do a deeper dive into losing weight and feeling great in part one and two of this segment. May I feature your question on an upcoming podcast? If you have a question, text it to 540-404-2692 or call the number and leave a message with your question. I’ll answer it on an upcoming episode. LITT S2 E07 An Uncommonly Personal Perspective of a bisexual's Dating Life While Polyamorous
Today we’re talking about dating. My personal perspective of dating as a married, polyamorous, pansexual.  The experience is probably much like yours, yet quite different. The potential partner is not only taking on me, but also the whole Tribe, if not to a lesser extent. The questions alone that I am asked can be of a different variety.   Would you consider dating someone who is polyamorous? Have you dated someone who practices ethical non-monogamy? What questions do you have for me? May I feature your question on an upcoming podcast? If you have a question, text it to 540-404-2692 or call the number and leave a message with your question. S2 E05 Poly: How It's Helped
Would it be okay if we went into today’s episode with the notion that anything is possible? I’ve been asked to share where polyamory has been helpful in my life. If you can love more than one child, which, you can, then you can love more than one adult.  Society tells us otherwise. Monogamy is a recent social construct. It’s made up. Having someone else important in your life, that you can depend on, lean on, be vulnerable with, and share the bad with the good isn’t such a bad thing. Why do we have to limit ourselves to just one person?  Feel free to submit your questions or send feedback to 540-404-2692 (text or phone) website:  www.SuzAshley.com Instagram @SuzThrives  Telegram @SuzThrives, 540-404-2692 WhatsApp @SuzThrives text 540-404-2692 Twitter @SuzAshley SUPPORT 🙏🏼 Thank you 🙏🏼  We depend on listener support and any donation you can make to our Life in the Treehouse series is greatly appreciated. S2 E04 Morning Musings: We Are All Connected
Each one of us is a unique puzzle piece in this paradoxical puzzle called life. Individualism is causing challenges that I feel could be solved if we took on the mindset of “it takes a village’.  What could happen if we changed our mindset, focused on doing what was best for everyone, for the Collective? Immune Health
In this episode, we are looking at ways to care for our immune system during cold and flu season. There are two factors that we will look at. The first one is stress along with stress management, while the second factor is which foods to eat in order to help your body's immune system healthy,  Each week I’ll be doing a segment called "What’s going well?"  You send in your wins for the week, and I will pick a few to put on the air.  These could be things like: you wrote 3,000 words this week, achieved your exercise goal for the week, gained a new client, had a great date with your partner, or found a new favorite restaurant. If you feel prompted, feel free to reach out. I would love to put them on the air and celebrate with you in an upcoming episode!
