I pray that we start having REAL, HONEST conversations with our Father God! Let him have it, whatever "it" may be! Lay it at his feet and know that he's not there to harm, but to help!!! Give it to God and watch him turn it around!!!

Sometimes we forget to pray during those tough times. We get so bogged down with the pressures of this world, with the things happening in our lives, we get pushed to and fro in the sea of our negative thoughts!!!

Let's always remember to PRAY and PRAISE God even in the middle of our suffering.
