Scott is the Lead Pastor at Calvary Christian Church in Omaha, NE. When he took over as the lead pastor the church was running 600 folks on one campus. Today, Scott is leading a church with five locations and over 2000 people per weekend. He is one of the best leaders I have ever met, and he is also one of the most humble. This is one that you will want to replay over and over. (NOTE...this was recorded in 2015)
