Tribute2Happiness - Vicky Poole
Vicky Poole is a Coach and Ancestral Healer. She had her wake-up call in 2013 where she knew that something wasn’t right. Vicky invested in some personal development and what she learned was that all of her values and beliefs that she was living by, no longer served her in today’s world. So she changed them. Vicky broke the bonds of her past and with it, she smashed her limiting beliefs. Your past does NOT define your future!

Consider Jason Meucci as Chief Possibilities Officer. Jason has spent his entire career in the communications field: from broadcast and digital news production to nonprofit storytelling to employee engagement. Across all those roles, sectors and years, the most consistent and meaningful success Jason experienced has come as a people, program or project leader, facilitating the learning, development and success of others. It may not have been Jason´s job title or description, he was always recognized as a catalyst for a culture of Care, Connection and Contribution. His greatest gifts and biggest passions are about creating an environment where people find meaning in their work, feel a connection to their colleagues and a commitment to a shared purpose. "By scaling a culture where everyone feels valued, is empowered to use their unique strengths and has clarity on why their work matters, we can provide an employee experience that ensures work helps people feel and be better, not broken." That's Jason´s why as he wants to equip the next generation of leaders to design the future of work with these principles in mind, unlocking and investing in the potential of others along the way. Tribute2Happiness - Teresa Quinlan
In the ninth episode of Tribute2Happiness podcast I connect with Teresa Quinlan, coach, consultant and podcaster  Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the intersection where cognition and emotion meet. It makes possible our capacity for resilience, motivation, empathy, reasoning, stress management, communication, and our ability to read and navigate a wide range of social situations and conflicts. Emotional Intelligence often matters more than IQ, and when cultivated, affords one the opportunity to realize a more fulfilled and happy life. Teresa has been in leadership roles from a young age. Whether those roles were leading herself, or leading others, each of them required emotional intelligence skills. She was 24 when she understood just how much, and that's when the tables began to turn. What is demanded by those we lead, is our EQ. When we develop those skills, talent quotient (TQ) grows exponentially. This has led to her personal brand: IQ+EQ=TQ There is no place that this is more evident than in leadership. She builds Emotionally Intelligent Organizations because she is an advocate for emotionally intelligent leadership that paves the way for organizations that are human first, human centered, human focused. It is only when we can manage the whole of our humanity that we can tap into the excellence that exists within each of us. Check out her website for more details: www.iqeqtq.com YOUTUBE: Feel free to explore her video library on emotional intelligence. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcNKSvpFs_JanJy6UtNIlGQ TNT 2.0 PODCAST: Listen to weekly episodes with herself and co-host Rhys Thomas, as they discuss personal development, leadership, emotional intelligence, and humanity. You can find them on Spotify, ApplePodcasts, Anchor, Googlecasts, and more. Co-Author of You Belong Here: HumansFirst Stories available on Amazon in paperback and Kindle.
