We gather weekly as a family of missionaries to worship Jesus and be empowered by the good news of his love in order to be sent back into the world for His kingdom. In addition to song, teaching, and prayer, our gatherings are opportunities for the community to participate uniquely in the collective voice of worship. We love kingdom mischief.
Ken wrapped up our sermon series on 1 and 2 Peter by talking about time and God's promises. Our next series is on the Holy Spirit!
Also, apologies for the audio quality on this one. Our lapel microphone broke early in the sermon, that's why the audio is a bit weird in the beginning. We'll have this fixed soon!
Sandy invites the leaders of Scattered Groups to meet with her and if you're interested in joining a scattered group, please let us know! Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or check out our website at trinitygr.org
Ken teaches us about poetry in the Bible and how we have to love first, especially before going on mission. He also talks about the spirit of perfection in Grand Rapids and how that isn't what we're called to be. We're human and not meant to be perfect.
Sean Miller preached on what it means to mourn deeply and what it means as Christians to mourn toward hope.
Note: Due to technical difficulties, this sermon recorded with low volume. TURN THIS ONE UP! :) Thanks for your forgiveness!
