After shelving, Blur and Blend Marketing and being on the verge of launching  a new, next level studio production called "The EducatED Brand", the global pandemic stepped in.  So much for having control! 

So everything's changed... I'm back in the "Blur and Blend"! And so are you along with me wherever you are in the world. But, "Don't Worry, Baby" as the Beachboy's sing... everything will turn out all right!

We talked about the current context of Internationalism  and study abroad and the power of networking. Marta has formed powerful international partnerships in higher education in a time of change. My guest is a former student now working in Lille  on  campus at @IESEG completing his Master Thesis.  Rajat's a goal-driven Master's student with a targeted sense of initiative and improvement that he demonstrated to me in class a year ago. as well as in his professional work demonstrated in Customer, Store, and Web management.  He's committed to his career in marketing and if you are looking for a savvy young professional in your organization, he's soon available!

 Rajat, in his Linkedin profile says he is, "Aiming to use my existing knowledge and experience towards playing an active role to supporting a company towards its Marketing and Sales goals." Connect with him and see his passion for aviation on his linked in photo... and in the podcast learn about how his other love , as a musician at the piano, he creates a unique Gen Z profile. I like to introduce my students as works in progress and he is on a great track to his next stop. 


For me, it was a pleasure to hear the thinking of a student almost a year after being in my classroom... he's a valued member of my tribe! And his thinking about the "Tumbleweed Generation" shows his creativity of mind as a marketer.

On Wed.,  my work with international marketing students at LIM College NYC was an ideation session about brand image, brand promise and brand result that included the Disney touch including a former CEO of Disney's words to live by! Just had to revisit it with you!  I'll be interviewing Annalie Killian at Sparks and Honey on Monday! Also... Look into Team Human by Douglas Rushkoff. Heard him on  English comic and  actor, Russel Brand's podcast ---and had to buy his book Team Human!
