Tristan Barrocks Presents Story Over Everything

Before being a girl boss was cool, Christina was hustling her way through high-school selling her Dad's calling cards for the family business. Even before then, Christina was always selling something or another on the playground in elementary school. Fast forward to a life-changing move from the United Kingdom to Canada, she became her own boss for the first time in 2009, without any business school or post-secondary education. This life-changing decision provided her with business lessons - both good and bad - that she is ever grateful to have learned and experienced. Now, she's currently running her 6-figure digital design firm NOYADESIGNS, has over 10 years of business acumen under her belt, over 1.5 million views on  her Youtube channel Naturally Nerdful and a calling to NEVER allow another millennial boss go through the crap she went through starting out as a creative entrepreneur. Her mission is to to equip creative business owners with the tools and framework to build their business, ready to impact this digital age.

Aitina Fareed Cooke "A.I. The Anomaly" was told at a young age that she would be a “failure to thrive” as a result of her biological mother's addiction to drugs. At 14 months old her and her siblings were placed in foster care. A.I. was just three years old when her mother died of a drug overdose. At six A.I. was introduced to writing as a way of releasing any pain due to trauma. She was told by a counselor to express herself through words. A.I. embraced this art and began to create stories and poems which later developed into music.

Despite the challenges of growing up without her biological mother and father, A.I. was blessed that her foster mother had a relationship with God and imparted that mindset to her. Although, it didn’t resonant immediately she found herself embracing scripture and desiring a closer walk with God. In her late teens, she tried to fill the voids in her life with many of life's temporary fixes.

Juli-Anne is a Senior Communications Consultant at a global wealth management firm. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with special honours in Marketing from York University.

Born in Edmonton, Juli-Anne grew up in Saint Lucia, where her family originates from. Her family has a long history of business success and a deep commitment to building their family legacy.

Drawing on her experiences as a wife, mother of three, all-around creative, and Communications Consultant, she adds fresh perspective to life’s everyday situations. She is passionate about seeking wisdom for herself and others, and helping to refine the mind and heart as a personal trainer would the body.

Juli-Anne is the author of Every Day, Wisdom, her first official release of printed material. She has also written or contributed to the works of local plays, entertainment websites, creative marketing material, and online blogs. Every Day, Wisdom is a 90-day journey that will encourage the continual development of wisdom and faith in the life of the reader.

Juli-Anne has been married to her husband Andrew for 10 years. They live in the town of Shelburne, where they are raising their three daughters aged nine, seven, and four.

In this last episode of season one I share a little of my own story and how fear has been a tool that I have used to elevate my life.  It can be a barrier but it does not have to be.  I share with you a few of my fears, failures, and thoughts on how to win in spite of feeling fearful.  To be functional in the midst of fear.
