In this this month’s round table discussion, we are talking about Suicide… The signs to look for if you are concerned someone may be suicidal, how to get help for yourself or a loved one and how to move forward.  Suicide is a world-wide concern, with numbers rising during the pandemic. But, it is preventable. The key is to talk about it. In this episode, we are here to help start the conversation.

Episode 3 focuses on Substance Use, Abuse and Recovery.  This is always a topic of concern within our communities, but as with all of mental and behavioral health, it’s an issue that has grown during the pandemic. Listen in as three of our TrueNorth experts talk through how to determine if your casual use has become a problem, making choices to fix that problem and what steps to take when you need more in-depth help.  We also discuss how to help a loved one who may be in this situation.
