Do you often feel that menstruation is more than a burden than a gift? I used to feel that too, until I met @nonawoman and the wonderful ladies carrying the #PeriodRevolution, Nicole Jizhar and Monica Pranatajaya.

Our menstruation is the 5th vital sign of your health. To reduce your pain and improve your quality of life, it really is important to be mindful of your menstrual cycles and sync it. Personally for me it has been a life-changing mentality! 

Even if you don’t menstruate, you’ll gain insight that you might not know before, as you know, period is still a taboo nowadays but Nona is actively changing that!

Practicing this Anapana Breathing meditation helps us move from reactive auto-pilot mode to a more responsive and expansive way of being. This is a longer and more advanced meditation than what I usually post. Don't get frustrated if you can't focus or feel the urge to stop and do something while meditating to the breath. Don't worry, take it easy. Take your time to practice in this training ground, that is suitable for everyone.
