Africa in my kitchen

In this episode of Africa in my kitchen, we return to the Horn of Africa to try Doro wat, Ethiopia’s national celebratory dish. With its specialized ingredients and distinct flavour, you won’t forget this one in a hurry – and for all the right reasons.

We are two friends (Ijeoma and Yemi) who love food, Africa and storytelling, so we decided to explore all three. The result is the Africa in My Kitchen podcast, where we cook our way around the continent, one country at a time and tell you all about it. Sometimes we nail the dish to a tee.
