This month we review I Have A Right To: A High School Survivor's Story Of Sexual Assault, Justice and Hope by Chessy Prout and Jenn Abelson. Chessy Prout was freshman at the prestigious St. Paul's boarding school, when in 2014 a senior student sexually assaulted her as part of senior class's Senior Salute ritual. A memoir of Prout's fight for justice and survival in the face of backlash, we will discuss what it is to be a survivor in today's society. Join us for an interesting discussion and we can't wait to hear from our audience!
