UnCuT & RaW Podcast EP. 1: Dear Black Mother's

UnCuT & RaW Podcast EP. 1: Dear Black Mother's

Dear mama, what is your definition of the role of mother’s? In times where we solely depend on our mother's for everything, not once can we say we've never wanted to be around our mama. Mama is a force to be reckoned with, a head honcho, the other half of your DNA that made you. She is the connection that held you inside of her for 8-9 months until it was time to be born into the world. That connection still remains ever spiritually between the two, even when the cord has been severed. We all know we love our strong, independent, and loving mothers because they are the ones in the end who hold it down when things get hard. She is beyond words that can describe. On this episode of UnCuT & RaW podcast, we switch the roles and get down to the topic of our 'Dear Black Mothers', and to get a more up close insight experience on this subject. We've invited our special guest Sabrina to give us an up close personal experience of her life on Motherhood. These are question we voice our opinions on, because again we must face the reality that children are in dire need of their parents both Father & Mother. Questions on top of Questions and it needs to be talked about it, and we will speak on it! And so you may want to tune into this one because this here is Uncut & Raw. UnCuT & RaW Podcast Episode 9: Black Love Matters: (LGBT Edition)

UnCuT & RaW Podcast Episode 9: Black Love Matters: (LGBT Edition)

Welcome back Family! And thank you for tuning into our continued series of "Black Love Matters", here on UnCuT & RaW podcast! We wanted to continue this episode series by jumping into the Gay community aka the LGBT and hearing from a same sex Black couples perspective more highly so this kind of love has over the years for Men & Woman has had many in denial, bias, being stereotypical, & homophobic in reference on this love as well. Even more so for same sex Black couples, it seems that one can get away with it versus the other or so some folks may say, but is it really ? That's where we come in, by diving into one of the most unaddressed issues that we as a Black community never discuss as we previously mentioned in our last episode. And in addition, it seems it is not just heterosexual black couples being given a hard time but also ones who are attracted to the same sex, so again one of the most asked questions is..."What does love mean to you ?", especially when you are looked at among many being a black couple. Does black love still exist ? Can people of the same sex fall in love with each other naturally ? In a world where it seems that folks can't stand to see the impossible...possible, but as the saying goes "Love is Love, and it is the universal language of all languages". Which is why we've invited our incredible special guests Khetinspiresfit & Fanta aka F.A! They have definitely brought the real and honest truth from their own experiences unto the show, we solely appreciate this powerful same sex black couple for taking the time to share their life experiences with us, and we certainly admire them for giving us an amazing first look experience on their love. And we hope to those of you out there who is reading & listening to this episode, can learn and be inspired by there love as well as our previous episode which is out and streaming "Black Love Matters: Marriage Edition", there is nothing more incredible than the unification of "Black Love". On this episode of UnCuT & RaW podcast, we dive into one of the most unaddressed issues that we as a Black community never discuss and that is "Black Love", and one of the most asked questions is..."What does love mean to you ?", especially when you are looked at among many being a black couple. There are many stereotypes, who can never seem to grasp on the reality that black love does certainly still exist, and not just in Television Shows, Movies, & In Stories, but in reality as well and in addition, to black love still existing in the world where it seems that folks can't stand to see a King & Queen unify and make the impossible...possible. UnCuT & RaW Podcast Episode 5: Surviving Broward County (Part. I)

In our everyday lives we are given trials to overcome, some to test our patience, others to see how we may adapt, and lastly how we transition. In this episode of Uncut and Raw, we dive into the story of our Special Guest 'Mr. O', who has went through a series of events through trial and error, from lessons in his life, and is now learning to cope with the changes of not just himself but with everything else that's going on around him. Like any other Floridian in the Broward county area, many have to go through ordeals in dealing with the so called 'System', and being put away for a while, this never ending cycle that needs to be broken has now become a part of a few people's lifestyle, who can never see any other way out but doing what's needed to survive in order for them to take care of themselves and their families. So be sure to listen and tune in because we got more to come. Music featured in this episode - "If I'm Lyin', I'm Flyin", by Kodak Black***WE DO NOT OWN RIGHTS TO THIS MUSIC***. UnCuT & RaW Podcast Episode 4: Black Father's (Part. I)

UnCuT & RaW Podcast Episode 4: Black Father's (Part. I)

What is your definition of a 'Father Figure ?', I know for a lot of us it is someone we depend on, look up to as our hero and definitely a protector when harm comes our way. On this episode of Uncut & Raw, we dive into a topic that seriously needs to be brought to light because as we all know we love our strong, independent, and loving mothers, but what about the fathers ? Where are they ? Why are they not given the same treatment that the women are given especially of dark skin complexion ? These are question we voice our opinions on, because let's face it children are the real victims here, they are the face of bringing change, to the Future. So why is it that we are so quick to attack, the Father head of the Totem Pole ? Questions on top of Questions and it needs to be talked about it, and we will speak on it! So you better listen in, and tune in because this is only a tip of the iceberg. Music featured in this episode - "Just The Two Of Us", by Will Smith***WE DO NOT OWN RIGHTS TO THIS MUSIC. In addition, we DO NOT partake in discrimination based on race, color, sex (including sexual harassment), national origin, ancestry, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity (including transgender status), medical condition (cancer), pregnancy, marital status, and military status, of ANY kind in this episode.
