The Stigma of Mental Health with Taylor Patrick
At a young age, Taylor Patrick experienced social anxiety and quickly learned that it was not deemed acceptable to discuss mental health. She now uses her journey, experience and knowledge to help end the stigma against openly discussing mental health.
