Darrell is retired from a 35-year civilian career at Tinker Air Force Base, and sat on the Edmond City Council for 9 years. Kim and her husband Brad started Spero about 12 years ago and have been PIONEERS and leaders in our community when it comes to welcoming and engaging with refugees resettled in OKC.
