He has written over 200 articles on tobacco taxes, and as Jill likes to say, he is an international tobacco economics rock star. In this podcast he talks about the overall economics of tobacco taxes, dispels some misconceptions, and gives details about what a tobacco tax could mean in the State of Oregon.
